$146.96 CANADIAN WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE CHARGED ME ALOT LESS THAN $100 CANADIAN!!!

THEY MADE DONATIONS FROM MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!
I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THESE POS SINCE AUGUST 29TH, 2025 AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY TO THIS DAY. WHICH IS 2 MONTHS LATER!!!
BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU CHANCE GETTING RIPPED OFF BY THESE POS!!!

I ordered a product online and it didn't perform as described. I asked for a refund, I was instructed to send back to China at my own expense. I refused and I informed to the company in an email that I received the product from Indiana USA and would gladly return there for a full refund. I was told if I returned to the USA address the product would be lost and no refund would be provided. I declined the send back to China and I was given a 30% refund offer, not a full refund and no need to return the product. I reluctantly agreed and accepted. I've been waiting for over two months for my partial refund. I called and left a few messages, I didn't get a return call. I used the email provided on the website, again no response after I accepted the refund.
Buyer beware with this company, isn't reputable and in my experience a scam.
