Zero stars! Items are NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO!

Total scam. The whole website is a bait and switch. The clothes they send you are not the clothes in the photos. What you get is cheap polyester garbage, while the clothes are described on the website as cotton.. When you contact customer service they say you can return the items to China at your own expense before they will consider a refund.
Don't buy from this company.

Don't buy from them. They sent me the wrong order and refused to exchange it. What they sent was extremely poor quality. A piece of rag that I wouldn't even give to charity. I am furious that I have been ripped off

Horrible, horrible quality. Not at all like the material represented in their photos. They also would not give me a refund because "they ship from out of the country so the return shipping is too high". But offered to refund me 10% of my total. So $3. Thanks, but no thanks.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered and it took a month to get to me. I got the clothes and they were crappy material, nothing what was pictured (two tank tops). Then I got a cute black casual top, absolutely nothing like the picture. Such crappy material as well. Been emailing them for two weeks to get a refund, it takes days for them to respond and every time they do they want more information and this past time they wanted pictures of the items and SKU.. so I took them and sent them and now they can’t see the pictures so I just sent them again. Do not waste your time or money!

I also ordered from bellefun. may 16,2021. Here it is July 21,2021 and still not recieved my 2 tshirts I ordered. i too know its pretty much a scam. They will email you back but if you ever see one of their emails the way they spell and write you would pretty much know its not legit. I wish I could just get my 2 tees and be done w them . Word needs to get out so others dont order from this scam.

According to the Bellefun website, they were established in April of 2021. I placed an order with them April 19th blindly, as no reviews had been available yet. This was a mistake. I am writing this in hopes to warn consumers of what they might be encountering if they choose to purchase from this business.

I ordered a couple of necklaces, a few tops and a dress. The photos and size chart on the website were very promising so I thought I was going to get decent items. My order status wasn’t updating after a few weeks, so I became suspicious of fraud and emailed Bellefun (they only have one way to contact them, no phone or address listed anywhere, which was a red flag as well). The company responded letting me know my items were delayed because of large amounts of orders. These emails continued until about week 6 when I finally had a shipping alert. The items were sent from China to US, so I knew it would take time. It took FIVE weeks from then to receive my order. So a total of 10 weeks from order date.

Upon opening my packages, I noticed nearly every article of clothing was extremely poor quality. Frayed, awful stitching, very thin material, and terrible coloring. The shirts were an odd shape, wide and boxy. Nothing like the photos on their website. It was so disappointing to finally receive these items only to find the poor quality pieces that I absolutely can’t wear. I guess I should be happy that I wasn’t ripped off, although I might as well been seeing as how useless these clothes are to me.

Buyer beware, wait for reviews when ordering with a newer online shop. Another suggestion is to scroll around and locate the company contact info…it should include more than just an email address. Lesson learned.
