Save your money, and don't order. I ordered a pair of snowboots, size 39. They sent a size 35. My only reasonable choice is to get a 15% refund on the cost of the boots. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
I will donate them to charity so someone with small feet can benefit from them.

Product - jacket was too big - sleeves to narrow - rough and smelly - got a. Skin rash. - let my sister try it - same reaction- maybe little bugs in it - NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT- pay for return shipping more than item - should have read reviewa first -

If I could give no stars I would. This place sells all China crap that is not worth what you pay and about twelve sizes too small for anyone with half an butt. They wouldn't send me refund postage and it was gonna cost me $40 to send it back for an exchange. Dont order from here!!

Ordered 2 pair of Solid Fleeced Cotton Pants - Size XXL
Sooo small I could not even pull them up past my knees and I'm only 5'5"
Fleece was so thick I could barely get them over my feet.
Took FOREVER to receive!
This Company is in CHINA - so no help at all!

This company SUCKS. Stay away. Do not get lured in . Associated with WISH (also SUCKS)Non existent customer service. Phone number does not work. I am so frustrated. Shoe size: 9 they sent a 41 should be 40 Time to receive, a long wait....sent from China. Pictures look great, product not so great. STAY AWAY. Z

I have just received my sweater dress and it was as expected and came in time.

This is my second review for this company. Finally rec'd my slippers 6 weeks later and they are too small. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger but are still too small. I know it will cost me just as much if not more to send back so guess I'm out $35.00. Stay away from bellemeet.com

Buyer beware! I purchased a jacket which took 2 mo.to receive.Quality of fabric very poor. Tried to return and was told that not acceptable.1 day over 15 day turn around time to return. I was totally ripped off. $32.00 for a rag

Items are crap, can't get them to except return. Offered 15% off to not have to return!

Save your money go elsewhere

I posted earlier believing that I lost money on a scam. I finally received the shoes I bought 2 months after I ordered them. I guess it took that long to get to CA from China. Anyway, they were as promised and I like them. I never would have bought them if I knew that they were being shipped from China. I give them a 3 rating because of the long delivery time and lack of communication when I tried to find out about my purchase.

I, like all the others, have been taken by this scam. I should have known better. It frustrates me to no end that there are people who use the web to steal from people.
I ordered in Nov and as of today, no shoes, no returned response to my inquiries, no evidence that they are on their way.

waited for mont to get it like the fleeced cotton pants!wrote to them twice wrong address,or wrong telefon number!costumer service very bad.at list I got it very thank full!

Should have also read the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered the plush platform sneakers in green. They sent black and they're swearing I ordered black. I even sent them a copy of the original order. They're not backing down. What a low-down, scamming business. Do NOT order from this business....you will be sorry!

Ordered the Teddy bear coat.
Took over 6 weeks for it to arrive, and the quality is horrific ! Not to mention it doesn't fit. Sheds worse than an old cat. Don't waist your money !!!

I sincerely wish I had read these reviews before buying. Everything I have read is exactly what i'm going through. I am not a wealthy person and never shop online. I have tried to contact over and over and got the same smug response " 10-20 business day" it's been almost a month with no order. I just wonder how the company has survived at all based on lies and deception. Thanks for stealing my money.

Don't trust this company guys. I ordered an item M size. ( paid extra $8 Americans for delivery). They sent to me 5XL size item instead M size.( The item is terrible quality.) They refund only %30 of the price. ( like I mentioned it was there mistake). Lost around $32 American. Never trust them, kip your money safe.

Do not buy from them when I finally got the sweater/coat it made me itchy I kept asking for help and they said it is my responsibility to send it back to China or I could see about a 15% refund.They still have contacted me about the refund even.
Please be aware of this company.

Order placed and payment made on November 17th. They told me my item shipped Dec. 6th. Gave me a Fed Ex tracking number that Fed Ex has since told me is fake. When I inquired again, I suddenly receive an e-mail from Fed Ex verifying my address. Fed ex also says this e-mail is not from them and a fake. Reported them to the Fed Ex fraud department and have given up on ever getting my money back or my order.

After waiting for seveal weeks and asking multiple times for your return label, from the moment that I received the package and saw to my surprise that the merchandise was extremely poor quality and looked nothing like the way it displays on your website, I still do NOT have any response from you or a return label or my refund or a simple explanation for the lack of response!!

I try to call you and the telephone number that you provide has an answering machine that no one answers or gets back to you. When you look up the telephone number, it belongs to at least 5 different companies. When I look up the address listed on your website, it does NOT exist… so there is no way to reach you and/or send the merchandise back!

I have NO choice but to write this review in order to help other people so they don’t suffer the same experience. I didn’t know that this merchandise was coming directly from China… and this is exactly why everyone says NOT to buy anything coming directly from China!! IT IS POOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE AND THERE IS NO WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!
