No need to look into this case anymore. You pretend this was about a late delivery. It was not. It was about a fraudulent advertisement and the worst quality of clothes I have ever seen. I emailed you before, and you did not resolve my complaint. I then filed a fraud complaint with my bank. My bank investigated and forced Belletaka to return my payment. I have my money back, but only because I filed a fraud complaint with the credit card company. Your client service did NOT help and I was NOT offered a refund even though I demanded it. I am shocked that in your reply you pretend that you offer refunds. In reality you do not. I only got my money back because a filed the official fraud complaint. I do hope enough people file fraud complaints so your bank accounts will be blocked.

Sometimes, we'll ship out an order separately to save the shipping cost. So it's likely that the rest items are still on the way now.
Please be noted that we're located in China and all of the items will be shipped from China as well. Our normal delivery time is 3-5 business days of preparing the orders and 20-35 business days of standard shipping.
If you don't want to wait for the order any longer, you can email us to apply for cancellation before the order is shipped.
If you're not satisfied with our products, you can contact our customer representative to get a return slip.
