Absolutely disgusted with the waterfall cardigan & matching trousers I've just received. Nothing like the photos of what I ordered. Couldn't wear these to shop in, let alone attend my daughters' wedding!
I didn't expect perfection for the price, but I did expect items that resembled what I'd ordered.
If this is a sample of the clothing available on your site, then I'm warning everyone to stay clear.
My parcel is being returned at my own expense, in the vain hope of getting a refund.
One very disgusted customer!

I ordered a sweater Jan this year. I was receiving racking updates until Feb 8th. Last time I tried to track it, it said there was no order. Feel like I have been scammed and ignored.

Item not a fluffy cardigan sweater. Made of broadcloth. Emailed belletracy to get approval for return. Got approval. However they will not give address for return. Keep telling me to keep it and saying they will give me 3 dollars if I keep it. Item with shipping cost $46.

I was expecting to receive a knitted wool type sweater from this company whereas I got a sweatshirt in a deeper cream colour than the stone colour shown. I appreciate colours can appear different on screen, but in no way was this a knitted sweater! The only thing that was right was the cat print on the item. I have raised this issue with them and they are saying the right item was sent. So why is it being described as a knitted sweater? It does look like a knitted sweater on their site, but it was not! The material is inferior and cheaper looking. They said I could return it to China, but it would be very costly. They offered a refund of 3usd, then 6usd which I am hoping they will increase. The item, being of inferior quality, is not worth the price I paid. Some of their items look like sweatshirts, some like knitted jumpers, but I would advise caution when ordering from this company.

Ordered a woman's retro cat print sweater in blue on 11/27/24. Tracked it from Norway until it stalled on 12/26/24. contacted Paypal, they got it moving again except this time from China. It finally arrived on 1/15/25. The picture and info showed it as plush, it wasn't. It was more like a button-up hoody. And it sure didn't come from Norway as they stated. I gave them one star because my wife still liked it. the whole business wasn't worth any stars.

Absolute trash. Lied and said product coming from Sweden, but originated in China. Very cheap material and they refuse to take back. Scam. Do not buy from these people!

Purchased this dress recently; design is simple yet stylish. Color is versatile and pockets are a handy feature. Quality feels decent, though fabric could be softer. Price seems reasonable for what it offers. Slight improvements in fabric quality would enhance the experience.

Horrible! Sent tracking showing my package in Ireland, sent tracking again showing my package at customs in Ireland two days later shows originated in China and never in Ireland then shows at the airport in Tokyo Japan! Terrible response from belle tracy. FRAUD!!

I recently purchased what I believed to be a lovely white woolen cat design long cardigan .....when my item finally arrived I was very unhappy with it it looked a much cheaper version of the one I ordered for my daughter the fabric wasn't,t anything like it was advertised and the cat design was completely different from the one advertised......I know my daughter will love it. As she is very cat orientated and has 4 cats of her own considering the price I paid I was very unhappy and certainly won't be buying from this company again .......

Arrived today , photo description knitted vintage cardigan , what actually arrived was printed polyester very cheap , no washing instructions or fabric content , very disappointed will never buy from here again

Received very shoddy product with no refund possible. I am a Cancer patient and I ordered a Breast Cancer Awareness sweatshirt. It finally came. The material, size and wording on the screen print were all wrong. Called support and they won't refund me. Total rip-off. I'd give zero star if possible.

Do not buy from this company! Product came from Portugal, took 1 month to arrive so wasn't here to wear in Oct per need. Item was missing 2 letters in a printed word, making it unwearable. Seller offered $2 refund off $36. Unacceptable. Am disputing with credit card company.

I purchased 3 breast cancer shirts from this company. The "T-shirts" & "hoodie" are made from polyester 2 do not fit. I have sent 6 emails in regards to returning these shirts. I have not heard from anyone in 2 weeks. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
