The scope of work is related to an openable glass system (sliding glasses) to close a porch in a contry house.
I was looking for glass for part of the terrace. Both the sales and technical departments were quick and competent. We'll see when they install them if everything goes well
Ft.2209/4 del 02/08/24 -- The salesman lied about delivery times, the windows finally turned up only when I promised to cancel my order. The fitters were very good. However, having completed payment months ago they are still holding onto our cheques that were required in case we skipped a payment, as they dont trust their "valued" clients with monthly payments! Many of the installed windows now don't open or close, the fittings are of very poor quality and the seals are weak and sticky - despite having sent several emails pertaining to these outstanding issue, all problems remain! We are truly regretting our choice in purchasing from this company. Apart from the actual installation, the whole process has been a stressful nightmare. I just wish we could rip them all out and start again with another company!

As long as the production phase is ongoing, it is impossible to provide a delivery and installation forecast.

They have created a thing of beauty - all done in a working day to the highest standard. We now have a wonderful dining room that opens up the outside in summer but heats up during winter. An extra 17m2 if home that lets us use the whole house in a new and improved way.
