Comical experience. Took 2 weeks to come. What was meant to be a nice jacket turned out to be a completely different horrible, cheap jacket. I’m not even going to return due to the ridiculous cost of... See more

The jumper was not wool
The jumper was not wool, it was cheap and nasty and labels inside were in chinese and the label on the outside I had to cut off and it just had weird words in it, took ages to arrive. I was ripped off. The jumper will do me for diy around the house. Don’t buy, unless you like cheap crap.
Claim to be in York, which seems to have moved to China
Bought a jumper from them. It looked good and delivery was said to be within three days. The jumper didn't arrive. At that point I realised that the company was a con. It wasn't in York, it was yet another Chinese company pretending to be UK based. I have nothing against the Chinese in general, but there is currently a plague of merchants and firms from that country selling tat on social media in the UK. Beware. They pretend to be from the UK in order to get people to buy their junk. This is one of them. I emailed them and told them to cancel my order. I was told I could not cancel, it had shipped. A fortnight later the jumper finally arrived. Way too small to wear. I told them I wanted to return it and they suggested I had read their size spec wrong. They then announced that I had to pay for the return at international rates to China, tracked. This was the first time they admitted they were not in the UK. The cost of the return is half the cost of the garment. I have now opened a Paypal case against them to try and get my cash back but I am not holding out much hope.
Took 2 weeks for the order
Took 2 weeks for the order, a jumper to arrive as it had to come from China. Seems to be reasonably made, but all the care instruction labels are in Chinese.
They give Shein a good name
They give the impression of being UK-based, but this is not the case. Delivery took 4 weeks. The items I brought were not as described - a suede jacket clearly not made from suede. buttonholes that do not fit the buttons. A jumper that was of appalling quality and again not as described. I would send the items back but they appear to make that impossible
