Excellent customer service! Quick to respond to inquiries and to come with a positive resolution!

I recently purchased a piece of furniture from Belleze and had a great overall experience. Shipping was impressively fast, and when the item arrived, I was genuinely pleased with the quality — it’s well-made, sturdy, and looks fantastic in my space.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with my order that couldn’t be resolved with a replacement. That’s when their customer service really stood out. Hector L went above and beyond to make things right. Rather than leaving me stuck with a problem, he advocated on my behalf and worked hard to secure a full refund.

While it’s never ideal when something goes wrong with an order, the way Belleze handled the situation — especially Hector L’s dedication and professionalism — left me feeling valued as a customer. I would absolutely consider purchasing from Belleze again based on both the product quality and the excellent customer support

When I had issues with the chair I purchased, I reached out for customer support. Hector listened attentively and responded thoughtfully. He followed through promptly via email and answered any questions I had promptly. I'm very happy with the outcome and level of customer service I received.

Overall they are very nice, but there is no easy way to secure the top to the bottom.

After having trouble with the fireplace in your entertainment center. I called the 800 number. The man i talked to was very friendly and helped. He offered to send us a new fireplace. Thank you for honoring your product. And i am very happy with my fireplace and entertainment center.

Very well packaged. Unit arrived in good condition despite box having had long cross country journey.
Instructions were very clear and concise. If an 81 year old lady did assemble it all alone, then any one (or two) could also do it! It's beautiful (elegance in simplicity). Instead of using the included light, I ordered puck lights to use in both upper and lower cabinets. May have to drill more holes for extra shelf(s) once cabinet is filled with my Hummel collection.

Piece packaged well and arrived with no damage. It was pretty easy to put together and took around an hour to assemble. I’m neutral because not bad quality for the price but would not buy again. I would have preferred to pay a little more price wise and have gotten a better quality piece of furniture

I purchased a tv stand and one of the parts was double and I was missing one part but Krystal was able to give me options as to what to do next and was able to help me. Thank you very much!

I received my cabinet with damage in the wood in the front top. There was no way to hide the damage so I called Customer Service. Joey answerd and ask for pictures of the damage, which I sent. He quickly offfered several options including a full refund or a new cabinet. I chose to have the cabinet replaced. Joey then sent timely emails on the progress of the replacement.
Honestly I was taken back by the great service I received. Dealing with the company was a total pleasure. I highly recommend them based on the customer service I received. Kudos to Joey for taking a disappointed customer and turning them into a very happy one.

Ordered a fireplace from Belleze, aesthetically it beautiful however unfortunately the heating component never worked but I reached out to customer service and Krystal resolved my issue almost instantaneously and they sent me a new one. Thanks so much!

This was my first purchase from Belleze and it definitely won’t be my last. I ordered a sideboard for my dining room and the quality is amazing. It looks and feels very high-end and far more expensive than it actually was. I did run into an issue, but it was handled incredibly well. Joey K was very communicative, professional, and resolved everything perfectly. The customer service matched the quality of the product, which is rare these days. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Belleze.

I was very skeptical of modular furniture. Typically it’s low quality and hard to put together. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the products I purchased. Putting them together was a breeze. The only negative is that the dimensions on the three pieces i purchased were the same however, the height of each is a bit off. I was able to shim them up so it’s not as bad for a seamless look.

From the ordering to assembly it is a great product.

Great design and easy to assemble! The quality is solid, but delivery took longer than expected. Still, happy with the purchase overall.
