Still waiting for reply from 2 emails i send and can’t track the items which where bought and paid for

Terrible quality. Do not waste your money. I tried to contact Belleza Republic several times about a pair of trainers which were nothing like the pictures and extremely cheap quality so not worth the money £50! When they finally replied to my many emails and my bids for contact via their support form online, customer service rep Isabella Rose tried to persuade me to accept a 60% refund. I declined and asked for a full refund, a returns label and an address to send them to. The instructions she sent me included a note that said the product should arrive within 14 days of delivery which is impossible for me to meet because BR didn't reply to my emails/contact in time. My emails now bounce back so she has blocked me and I can't check if they're going to wave the 14 day rule because it's their fault. I assume I will get no money back now even if I do return them. Absolutely appalling. What a waste of £50.

When will I receive my order? It has been more than 2 weeks now with no update at all!

Further update to my complaint: the customer services director Fiona asked me if I would change my review for a refund. I advised that I would be happy to accept refund. Message was returned as undeliverable and all messages sent to and received from the company were not found at all in my account. Needless to say no refund either. Scam complete.

Avoid at all costs. I purchased a shirt which showed all the dimensions in the advert what I actually received was significantly different. I am 6' 22 tall and ordered an XL for chest size. the chest size is adequate but the length of the shirt is suitable for someone who is about 5' 2" tall and the sleeves are for someone with a small 12 year old boys arms. The sleeves barely reach the middle of my forearm. I am not sure how this ratio can be so wrong !
The low score is for appalling communication. When I purchased this shirt I received lots of emails thanking me for my purchase and for tracking my shipment, not to mention immediate discounts of 15% on next purchase if I spent more within the next few day, thank goodness I didn't !! However, i have since sent 2 emails about and exchange or a refund and have heard nothing in over a month!

The material is good and clothing is comfortable.

There was a problem about the size chart - the polo shirt I’ve ordored in my normal size was to small. For an exchange or a refund, I have to send it back to Germany at my own expense. They propose me an arrangement that was satisfying to me. Thank you.
I’ve ordered another one one size up.

ordered a dress and when it come its already been worn, the bag is even turned inside out from the customer who returned it, 6 emailS later still nothing from them but I wont give up

A product ordered in Dec 2023 had size concern that was addressed by customer service; however, an interim replacement was wrong product. I finally received a 3rd shipment in May 2024 but quality of materials is not the same as original order that only had a size concern. This further feed my apprehension with online clothing purchases.

I bought shoes they arrived poor quality and couldn’t even get my foot in. After a week trying to return them they offered me another pair at half price! The site is a con. I’m now trying to get my money back through my credit card

It says hassle free exchange but no one ever gets back to you. They write back and say check your spam folder but believe me I tried that. They simply never get in touch with you. It's ridiculous.
On top of that, the sizes are completely inaccurate. A size 10 shoe is about a 12. Clothing as you can see from reviews are also wacko.

A real shame; I ordered a fabulous looking frayed shirt. When it arrived it was far too small ( and NO label/sizing sewn in to the garment ). Two contact forms and an email sent over a three week period and no reply other than an automated response to acknowledge the first contact form sent.
Very poor customer service and I'm stuck with an unwearable shirt.

I purchased a shirt all by myself, as previously all my clothes were identified for me by my, now, ex-wife.
I am delighted to report the mélange Chévalier frayed denim shirt has attracted nothing but compliments from both friends and family alike. They style is modern, the sleeves appropriately lengthed and overall a lovely shirt for a new bachelor.

Ordered a trainer which arrived 3 weeks later. It’s so small I can not put my foot inside. There is no written size, no receipt, no address and no instructions in regards to how to return it. The quality is not great and definitly would not pay £57 if I saw it in the shop.
I have written to the customer services previously when it took longer than 2 weeks and had no reply.
I can not understand how they are allowed to advertise on Instagram.

Took more than 3 weeks to arrive and jacket, while a similar colour to the photo, was nowhere near the same jacket in style or anything. Looks terrible and no clue how to even start trying to rectify it. It’s as though it’s made too hard to try and resolve.

Ordered a jacket from this company on 15/04/2024. Jacket was received on 27/04/2024 but bore little resemblance to the picture in the original advert. Colour was very different. Two emails to BELLEZZA using contact form requesting advice on return address / refund procedure ignored. Very poor service.

Fast easy online ordering

This time, I purchased a shirt that I've purchased before, but in three new patterns.

I would purchase much more often, except that most garments from Bellezza don't come in my size, but I always look because the styles are unusual and the quality is terrific

What I received was the same quality I saw and ordered online. But it took a long time for me to receive my orders. Great quality I must say, but they need to improve in ensuring that orders gets to their customers on time and also communicate with customers.
