Advertised all over Facebook and Instagram suggesting you are getting some great Italian products that are heavily discounted.
Stop right there, this is the same poorly produced, Ill-fitting rubbish that you get from Shein and Temu. The stitching is poor and bears no resemblance to the size guide.
50-52 inch chest came in a 46, with sleeves that are 18 inches short.
No response to a request for a refund, take my advice, leave them alone, and if you are in the Uk and have ordered with a credit card, take out a section 75 claim to get ALL your money back. Ignore the postage charges they want to levy, the stuff is misleadingly described and that is all you will need to show your credit card co.

Heres the reply, ignore the fault and ask me to pay for return postage.

Thank you so much for reaching out! I am very sorry to hear the shirt you received did not fit! I understand how frustrating it can be to order online and not have the item fit properly.
As much as I would have loved to assist you with an exchange, I'm afraid the size you ordered is the largest we carry for this style at the moment.

We do accept the items for a refund, however, as you have probably already read in our return policy, we do not cover the return shipping costs for our customers. While I sincerely apologize for this, we simply do not yet have the resources to cover the costs to ship items back to our facility in Germany.

If covering the cost for shipping is no problem for you, I will be happy to send you the return label pdf and guide you through the refunding process.

So far, I’ve only ordered one item and waiting for another order to come this time. I ordered several sweaters and looking to order a jacket. I love the pull over with the hoodie that I received. It is warm soft great material. Hoping the rest of my items are just as good quality.

Shirt took nearly a month to arrive, looked very cheap compared to the Facebook photos, had no labels inside and package contained absolutely no paperwork at all.
Shirt was far too small for an XXL so have contacted Bellezza to arrange a refund which has been made as difficult and expensive as possible to try to deter me. Which it won't!

Apart from the great quality, and the incredible value, the customer support team led by Fiona is fantastic and by far the most proactive I have ever come across - we have bought several fabulous pieces - occasionally we have had a sizing problem which they have sorted out fairly and diligently - so quality, exceptional value backed up by great customer service

Item I received is not what is shown on their website. I have ordered CHÉVALIER® FRAYED DENIM SHIRT. The quality of the cloth is very poor and not wearable. Their size fit is also very weird. I ordered small size, the sleeve length is very short and you can’t fold it more than once and if you want to keep it buttoned, it will look very odd and the measurement of shoulder and chest is of size medium. So, if you ordering it please confirm the measurements from their customer support. Oh wait! they never respond to your request or any questions. I sent so many emails to them through their website customer support link, regarding shipping and queries for shoe size that I wanted to order but I am glad i didnt. After submitting request, you will get an email saying they will respond back in few days but no one will do.
I would not recommend the product from this company.

You asked how this company can improve ? . . by completely removing their disgraceful presence from on-line shopping - saving innocent people lots of wasted money and time.
Wool jumper - no sheep were harmed in the harvesting of this cheap, woven cotton/acrylic mixture.
Warm - quite the opposite.
Large - wouldn't fit my cat.
Slouchy - seams stitched tight with nylon- mix thread. No stretch.
Relaxed neckline - yes, if you have a neck the width of a stick of celery. Otherwise you'd choke to death.
Colour - no resemblance to promotion photo. At all.
Delivery time - many, many weeks.
Returns policy - have you tried get your money back from these people?
No tags or labels on the garment indicating size, fabric type, where it was made, washing instructions, or proof of purchase. (Tags? they tell us, must "be intact" for a refund).
This item contravenes every aspect of the UK Trade Descriptions Act 1968.
Normally I'd fight tooth and nail to get a refund. But in this case, I feel it's more important to get this firm removed from internet trading.

We purchased two shirts, sleeves are too short for an XL ! We have requested a return, the company are not set up for prepaid return labels, therefore we have send to Germany at our own cost !
Very disappointing,, we have requested address and returns form, yet to arrive. We will try again otherwise we inform via social media that this is not a company to buy from.

Navigating your website was easy and had some really nice designs, but what caught my attention the most, was the pricing... My first purchase was a "try it". Surprisingly, the two set suit was nicely crafted, the material was nice, and it didn't reflect on the pricing at all.... therefore, I ended up buying another suit.

I tried to contact several times about my product but no one contacted me back. I'll definitely contact my bank and ask them to block my payment

Total scam. My wife bought a cashmere top with a cashmere description and pictures per the website. Received something completely different, some mix fabric with no description, no invoice/returns labels etc.

Has filled in the contact form multiple times with no acknowledgement or response at all! Complete waste of hard earned money!!!

I would strongly recommend everyone NOT to shop from this website, they re not designer quality, the fabric is very cheap, the buttons come loose, some items have tags in Chinese while others items are shipped to the customer without tags probably to use this and not refund the money back, It is a shame in 2024 some companies use this sort of adverts with nice pics but the quality of their products is soo low. I have submited my request for the refund a week ago and I have not heard back at all. Overall, a dissapointing experience :(

The suit is fantastic! But runs small

Guys beware this website is likely a spam. I made my order in March and hasn't arrived yet. Not only that, but also the shippement number they provided cannot be found or tracked on any shipping company (i tried all of them after the tracking number was not found on the link they provided by email).
I sent them email and complained via "contact us" however no one replied.
This is becoming very alerting now considering the time consumed for delivery and thar no one replys then it is likely to be a spam. I'm so disappointed and not sure what to do or where to complain!!

Items received are different from pictures on website, and definitely not the claimed cashmere... Cheap low quality items being sold at a high price. I have requested a refund and had no response in over a week.
