I’m so thrilled that I’ve discovered Bellezza Republic! I purchased a really stylish men’s coat and I was a little apprehensive about ordering because I wasn’t sure if it would fit properly or be of good quality. I was totally amazed at the fit and the quality. It has become my favorite go to coat. I saw another style that I liked and I recently placed another order. Can’t wait until it arrives!

Had a delivery issue which meant nothing was received for several month. Fiona replied and followed up and promptly reimbursed all expenses. Not the original outcome I was hoping for, but the handling of this matter was excellent.

After receiving the product after my first purchase, the tailoring details of the jacket were very perfect, which made me feel amazing and confident when buying clothes online!

I had an issue with a few quality control matters regarding the jeans jacket I received.
I approached Fiona from Bellezza Republic and she immediately rectified the problem.
I am impressed with this company’s integrity and honesty.
I will continue to remain a loyal customer with Bellezza Republic as it is quite clear that your importance to them is paramount.

I didn’t like the fact that once I completed any confirmed my order, it was immediately switched to another manufacturer (3rd party)
However what I did like and truly appreciate was that the company honored my request and refunded my money.
Also they were very happy to receive feedback on their performance!

I initially placed an order with this company that when it arrived was too small. After a few communication issues Fiona from the customer support team reached out and contacted me. Due to the time that had passed to contact she provided me with a gratis replacement.
Very pleased this issue has now reached a very satisfactory conclusion.

Really look forward to wearing a number of these casuals that I have ordered - suspect I will be the best dressed guy at work this summer

Great quality clothing and excellent customer service, no problem too big and I would highly recommend them.

The item I received did take about a month to arrive and was too small although I did order according to the size chart. I received an immediate response to my inquiry re refund/return with the option to purchase another item at 50% off or return at my cost for shipping back to Germany. I opted to purchase another item and was sent a discount code. Great communication with Isabel but I did end up spending much more than intended due to the return policy. Otherwise a positive experience.

Bellezza Republic has a very smooth & quick buying process. My item of clothing was delivered from overseas very quickly and when I reached out to CS Isabel was very helpful.

Honestly, my experience with Bellezza Republic has been greatly positive. I have been pleasantly pleased by all the products I've received. And the one time I had an issue (clothing was inaccurately labeled as L), Isabel Rose was incredibly helpful. She was diligent, responsive, and quick to accept the store's responsibility for the mistake. I've had some slow, unresponsive, and disappointing results with other company customer care departments in the past, so this was a true ray of sunshine.

Whilst I am eagerly awaiting delivery of my order , however during this period my experience has been awesomely managed by Isabel Rose , customer support rep of Belleza Republic .
She has been personally tracking my order and updating me consistently on its status and managing my impatience .
Such detail to care, empathy and personalized service is rare and must be cherished and applauded.👏👏👏

The service I received was five star, I couldn’t have asked for more. Rapid response and and on point. Would recommend all day long.

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY SCAMMERS SCAMMERS !!!!!! I bought a jacket it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive , very disappointed with the quality , I tried to return the item , their return policy is absurd they obviously don’t want you to return the item so make it very hard but then offer you a part refund which never arrives hoping the return end date arrives so your stuck with it . I’m in dispute with PayPal for £80 for the last 6 weeks still no refund after sending it back with tracking info . This company is a total scam selling cheap Chinese clothing under the guise of a Germany company .

Goods sold as wools, were polyester. Failed to respond to emails for returns.
