I purchased 2 seperate portraits of my dogs, and they arrived within days. They actually look like oil paintings, Amazing!!. I will 100% use this company again.

I ordered 2 dog pictures, they came in less than a week . Absolutely love them , I'm going to order more, I emailed to ask a question, got a response in a timely manner, couldn't ask for more. Thank you

I placed an order with this company on the 8th Feb, up to the time of writing I have had no update, no response from them and no timeline as to when or if my order will be delivered. Also no telephone contact number so unable to talk to someone directly. It is very frustrating that companies like this take your money then run... If I had to comment I would stay far, far away from them

Ordered a dog picture on the 18th december last year, was told it was despatched the day after its now nearly mid jan and still hasnt arrived. After a lot of emails, most of which were ignored eventually they replied and i got a refund ! Just beware if you order from this company it may well be at your loss, so dont bother not a trustworthy company, shame really as the pictures looked good.

Ordered a necklace for my Granddaughter on 6th December. I hadn't read the reviews prior to ordering so was a little worried! Received an email confirmation immediately. On the 9th I received an email advising my order had been dispatched. It arrived on the 11th and it's just as advertised so very happy. Felt compelled to write a review!

I’ve never left a review on trustpilot before, however upon seeing all the bad reviews of this website on here, felt it only fair to share my experience. I ordered an anniversary present without first checking the reviews and must admit I panicked and regretted ordering, however my order arrived in perfect condition, just less than a week later (including a weekend so more like 3 or 4 working days) with regular updates along the way telling me when it had been dispatched etc. I would not hesitate to use this website again and I’m really pleased with the service I received.

Did not receive the pet picture iordered and still no refund.A Sarah said I’d get a refund but now nothing…I couldn’t afford to loose £40 so upset.

Terrible service. Ordered a pet portrait and never received it. Email after email went ignored.
UPDATE. Received yesterday and my goodness it is worth the wait. Amazing and extremely good quality! So good I’ve recommended to friends and want to order another. Sarah had already refunded me but I have paid it straight back. Note to self to not be so impatient

I ordered the quirky pet portrait with a frame. Terrible quality for the cost. The frame is flimsy and had plastic front not glass, nd it was very difficult to take the back off to isert the picture.I could of got better quality in a £ shop!
The print itself was poor quality on very thin paper. I'm glad this wasn't a gift, I'd be embarrassed to give it!

I ordered a bracelet. The message was incomplete. Have been trying to contact them via email +keeps getting returned) and vua Facebook. No reply. I will be recalling my payment.

A few weeks ago I ordered a bracelet for my grandson’s graduation but when it arrived there was a scratch on the front. I contacted the company, got a prompt reply from Jay and this morning I received a new bracelet in perfect condition with lovely inscription beautifully engraved on it.

I thoroughly recommend this company and will be happy to use it again.

Brought two Mothers Day gifts for my children to give to their mum, purchased on the 23rd of March and still waiting!!!
Contacted them on numerous of occasions chasing the delivery, and chasing a reply to my emails. Been contacted by Sarah, who assured me it would be delivered for Mothers Day, it wasn’t!! No reply to further emails until I mentioned I would be contacting my bank, replacement sent but when I emailed asking who it has been sent with and what the tracking number is nothing!!
Please DO NOT buy from this company, if I could give zero stars I would!!!

Placed my order over a week ago on behalf of my 10 week old son, a gift for his 1st mothers day. Everday been emailing since when can I expect the items to be delivered. Someone called Sarah answered my other questions BUT ignored the question when my delivery is on all 5 emails! I'll be raising a chargeback through my bank! What a scandal! Fraud. I should of read the reviews and NO CONTACT NUMBER TO CALL!!! ABSOLUTE INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE!!!!!

Tried in vain to contact this company via E mail for an update on delivery of an Item I bought and got no response apart from my contact being reviewed, not happy.

Intitially impressed by the quick response and turnaround when there was a spelling and text error in the item l bought.

Jay got back to me within an hour when l had a query and a replacement was sent out quickly.

And that's where it all went wrong.

The replacement was identical to the original. Spelling mistake and text mistakes!

On contacting Jay and customer services again I've now heard nothing for two days. Despite numerous emails.

There's no contact phone number (which is a HUGE red flag). If I'd noticed that before l wouldn't have used Bellissima.

All in all, not a good experience, and will have to get my bank to initiate a charge back.

I ordered the men's bracelet for my brothers 50th birthday with engraving on the inside, the bracelet arrived badly scratched on the front so i contacted them, in fairness they replied really quickly apologising and sent 2nd bracelet out which again arrived scratched really bad on the front, i contacted them again and again they apologised and sent out a 3rd bracelet, which NOT surprisingly arrived SCRATCHED!!!!!!! I've actually given up as they are NEVER going to get it right my brother will be 60 before they do. I have requested a refund so let see what happens!!!!

I ordered three items from this company. Two items were as ordered but the third was incorrect. I would advise that you check any items immediately as mine said Mr and Mr when I had ordered Mr and Mrs. I asked for a replacement or refund and was offered a refund. I had to chase it again but eventually had confirmation that the refund had been issued and would be in my bank account after Christmas, so I am still waiting, nearly 4 weeks after I placed my order. I would not recommend this company to family and friends.

Ordered on the wednesday. Recieved on friday. Lovely little gift bags for the items. As decribed. Communication by email very efficient. Surpirsed at negative reviews.
Would reccomend.
