Same issue…... I should've checked reviews before making an order last week! No one picking up landline, mobile number incorrect. Some people have no conscience, it used to be legit as I have ordered in the past and received goods. Julie T Bolton (contact name for company) should be ashamed of yourself!!!

I have had the same issue as the below reviewers! I placed an order back in August 2022 and still haven’t received anything. They are not answering emails or phone calls and have taken my money! I didn’t think to check reviews as have ordered from this company in the past with no problem. Do not order from this company!!! You will lose your money!

It should be no stars really! I have tried contacting via landline with no reply, mobile number does not exist. No response to emails given in order confirmation email. I have now raised a dispute with my bank to get money back. Should have checked reviews before placing order, but I didn't. Hopefully everyone is complaining about this company to get website shut down!!

Placed an order for 2x tongue bars. Took my money but have never received them. I have tried to call them many, many times and there is never any answer. I have emailed them both to the Jules email and the sales one and no reply.

Same as everyone else on here. Placed an order, took my money, never arrived. Has anyone else contacted Trading Standards? We need to get the website taken down.

I ordered some some belly bars from this company received a order confirmation and then nothing!!! Not received my goods and they have ignored all emails. If you don't want to loose your money DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Awful customer service and even worse body piercers!
They talk to autistic people like they are stupid and born yesterday!
They pierced my nose and it hasn't been right since, I had it done around 3 to 4 months ago it's not my first noise piercing I had a stud one side many years ago by the same people and had no issues what so ever and healed quickly like most of my piercings I've had done, this time I had a hope the other side and they used far to thick of a hope to start with not standard at all compared to the standed I had last, I was forced to change it over 3 months or so later to s slightly smaller one as big one was too painful also and making too big of a hole in my nose, from here I noticed it eas very hard to get a hope back in even a smaller one, i believe is don't slightly to an angle and getting it back in is a nightmare, I can be matter of seconds but with this I stuggle to find the right direction properly with the hoop, it does cause more swelling at times, I tried to go back to explain I believe the hoop was too big to start with and was at a odd angle and they try to tell me it's fine and shouldn't of touched it, it's not my first rodeo with a nose piercing or other ones I know my body this nose did heal after 3/4 months, I know somthing isn't right they try to talk down to me and talk to me in a way that made me feel dirty by saying I keep touching it with dirty hands, like I'm a dirty person, I had no issues with the swelling I have an issue with it being at an angle where I stuggle to put the hoop back in when cleaned after only a few seconds, I also can't even put a curled stud in like the other side as it won't let me turn it round once in my nose to hide the excess steel of the stud high in thr nose it won't let me turn it and csnt wear one, they use the excuse it wasn't heaeled but i know my body and I did let it heal, I treated it no differently to the last nose piercing I had done, now I have to go back and wait another 3 months just to prove them wrong and that I'll still have this issue then too, I wasn't listened to I was talked down to by a younger person I have had many tattoos and piercings over 37 years even done some piercings myself as a teen so no stranger to it even as a person with high functioning autism I don't appreciate being spoken to the way i was and not even heard out, I know my body I know when something isn't right they should hear thr customers concerns.
If your one who cares about your piercings and tattoos alot and want good after care I'd stay clear of this one, it will only frustrate you further when somthing goes wrong and you try to deal with them about it and just get lectured and not listen to and told nothing is wrong but what your doing, given the fact i didnt go through this with my last nose piercing at all, all they do is give excuses reset the clock and waste time now inhave to go back again in 3 months and I'll still be saying the same thing its the angle that's not right and used too big of a hoop at the start with, don't think I should be having issues removing thr hoop in and out after 3/4 months down the line like I didn't with the last one I had done, I know something isn't right with my nose this time round, to be honest I'm even reluctant to want to go back again and may get someone else to look at it instead.
Avoid any disappointment and go else where, from the rating I see here for company is question it would seem I'm not the only one unhappy with this company.

Ordered two weeks ago, took my money, no reply, no delivery. I used to order from them and they were great. Not sure what happened. Came here to receive the reviews and see this is common. I will go to my bank to try and get the money back. Surprised they haven't been shut down if they are taking money and not delivering.

Con merchant took my money didn't send the goods no reply to emails . Had to go to my bank to appeal for the money back will be reporting to the police

Over the past 10 years I've ordered from this company 8-10 times with no issue - products were cheap, decent quality and order always came very quickly. Something has clearly happened since the last time I ordered (June 2019) and the company is now a scam.

I had no reason to check the reviews as I'd never had an issue in the past, but now I feel like a fool! Such a shame as it was the only place I went to buy belly bars.

I would leave no stars if possible. Same story as other people paid for two items and nothing received. No reply to emails or phone calls. I have ordered from this person in the past with no problem. I hope Juliet Bolton is ashamed of herself!

My order not received and no response to my email correspondence, wish I had read these reviews first

Goods ordered on 13th June and not received. No response to emails or phone calls.

Currently been waiting 11 days for an order that was supposed to be sent first class. Have just come here and seen the reviews so am not hopeful of my order arriving. I have emailed twice with no response.

I also wish I had seen these reviews before allowing my teenage daughter to place her order 😡 Received order confirmation email and money was taken from her account straight away yet 3 weeks later have not received the order and emails and phonecalls are not being answered. The mobile number provided on the confirmation email is actually not even in use 😡 So glad it was only a very small order and not a lot of money!!!!

I’m another one who didn’t read the reviews and therefore got scammed. Ordered two items from the site, received payment confirmation and then never received my items or any responses to my emails. Definitely a scam site - avoid!
