Watch out for Belovegrace
I ordered this ring about two months ago. Luckily I paid with PayPal. After a month of not hearing anything, I contacted PayPal. It was only after this that I received communication from belovegrace. They told me they couldn’t find my order and could I send them my confirmation? Sometime after that I got a tracking number and about a month after I ordered the ring it arrived. Initially, I was happy with it until one of the stones fell out. It’s a very pretty ring but very poor quality. It’s advertises sapphires, but I seriously doubt it is. I cannot recommend this company in good conscience.

Terrible quality and poor…
Terrible quality and poor service—Avoid!
I highly recommend avoiding this company for several reasons:
• Shipping: Items take an extraordinary amount of time to ship from China.
• Tracking: The third-party tracking system is inaccurate and unreliable.
• Customer Service: Virtually non-existent when you need assistance.
• Product Quality: The ring looks nothing like the website photos. The metal feels cheap and completely unrefined.
I will never shop here again.

Bracelet size warning - too small won't fit an adult woman
You advertised a bracelet on Facebook and when I ordered it, you shipped a size 6 which is so small that it would only fit a child. I paid an extra $75 to have you ship me the bracelet in a size 7.25 but you shipped me another size 6. Each time, I waited a very long time to receive the bracelet because you have to make it. Now I am still waiting many months later for a third time to see if you can make one in the correct size. Your marking should only sell bracelets that are actual adult size. This is shipped from another country so takes too long to get. Not happy.
