Avoid at all cost!

I made a mistake. Didn't read any reviews before placing my order...

I placed it on September 23 with an estimated delivery window of September 30 - October 8.

As the promised delivery window neared its end, I received no dispatch confirmation, tracking details, or updates. I emailed customer service on October 5 to ask for a tracking link or status update, but received no reply at all.

It is completely unacceptable for an online store to take payment and go silent. Their lack of transparency and total absence of customer support make for a very frustrating experience. I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere unless you are comfortable sitting in the dark with no updates on your money or order.

Today, on October 7, I sent an email requesting cancellation and full refund. And I will try to open a dispute to get my money back via my bank.

Please AVOID AT ALL COST.
