I was looking for a difficult to get marble stone baseboard, which your company had and no others had. I spoke with Diane on the phone and via email several times, and she was always very helpful. I ordered a sample it was beautiful, and followed up with my order. My marble baseboard arrived and was a perfect color match from the sample I had pre-ordered. Thank you for your attention to detail.

I had to have multiple shipments sent. Every shipment was extremely damaged. It seems like they cut corners on packaging and using the cheapest carrier. The tiles were average quality. I should have used someone else.

Samples did not math the tile needed. I needed 1 1/2"
hexagon gloss. Trying to macth to 1990 era

I was looking for something very specific and Diane at BelTile was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, contacting their factories in Italy to see what could be sourced to fulfill my vision. Price was very competitive compared to other options I explored. I just placed a large order and have yet to receive it so I can't speak to the delivery experience just yet but the sales process was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this company. 12 out of 10 stars for Diane!

They had tile that I could not find anywhere else and they shipped it to my door! There was a slight hiccup but they corrected it immediately without any problems. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Really fast turn around and shipping for custom tiles. Tiles are always well packed and after five orders I have only had 2 tiles arrive broken.

Beautiful tile selection, but they sent the wrong tile sample.
Colors online do not fully match reality, so we are glad we ordered a sample. But, the sample we ordered is not the one we received. Makes me concerned about ordering large quantity - what if they send the wrong one?
When we ordered the sample we did not get any confirmation of shipping, tracking, or estimated arrival so it was a bit of a mystery until the tile sample showed up by mail.
