As others have noted this is a decent fair company selling a variety of belts at fair prices. I am currently in France and have been a customer for some years mainly for Ranger and Western belts. I have been most pleased with those I received and the prices compare alot better than , say, Shepplers of Texas.
Their international postage rates are excellent too.
Regarding "after sales". Again very good: prompt replies to any email queries and even supplied extra belt loops at my request. If you like "Western" gear (which is not easy to find such a selection in Europe) go to Belts.com. You won't be disappointed. Sadly since this review Brlts.com postage to europe has increased by over 3 times! making it virtually impossible for normal Joe to place an order. Great shame

I had the most horrible customer service experience with this company.
I ordered a size 38 belt and it was a 36 at best. Tried to return it, they wanted me to pay for it and all this other junk.
Went to another website and found a PERFECT size 38 belt.
Will never shop with them again !!
