I was very impressed with the ads for Bri via bra im 38 d I visited Tesco where a lot of the bras were out of their packages tried a medium the cups were tiny and I knew by looking at it wouldnt fit me I tried large same think finally tried the XL and although the cups were marginally bigger the strap was over 4 inches short to close im 12/14 so not very heavy. Anither lady was looking at them and we chatted she was the same size as me and again not at all true to size on pack very dissapointed

I'm a 40-42 so I got the XL, the strip at the back that you have to fasten didn't even go around my back it was way way to short. These bras are made only for very thin women. I've wasted £19.99 for a bra that doesn't fit and isn't worth the price. DON'T BUY THEM YOU WILL LOSE MONEY

I have placed an order for a week when I viewed the order it was a smaller size to what I ordered.
Secondly I have been debited twice for the same product.I have sent several emails for a refund with no response.
The order is yet to be shipped for over a week and there has been no correspondence from Belvia.Theservice is poor.

Website was very user friendly, timing and updates were efficient.
Will definitely order from them again.!

Do not order from this company. It has now been 20 days since the first email I sent after being notified through a third party that my order has been "returned to sender", and I have still not received a reply. They have my money and I do not have the product, nor have I had any indication that they have attempted to re-ship it to me or refund my order.

Edit: I have now received a refund, but I truly believe it is only because l posted these reviews and it still took a very long time so I will not be changing it from 1 star.

I ordered 2 perfumes. They never shipped. I emailed them to find out what was going on and never got a response. Then I got an email saying its been refunded. Let's see if I get my money back. Very unprofessional. I would order elsewhere.

I ordered from this company and without notice they cancel the order and said I was refunded but I have not recieved the funds. They do not respond to emails and have no phone number. Until I recieve my funds I will consider this theft. And will proceed with a chargeback if not done soon. Shop here at your own risk. Update- I recieved the refund after making this review. It would be inproper to not disclose that. I still had a bad experience but they did fulfill the refund so the stress is removed.

Fast delivery, well packaged

Cancelled my order without contacting me. I thought I found a good deal during their sale, made a purchase and waited. Their page says orders usually ship out within 2 business days but I had waited over a week and still didn't receive any notice, then my order was cancelled. I went back to the product page and they had raised the price. I'm not upset that they raised the price, but they should have tried to contact me about it or notified me sooner so I didn't have to wait for a week to find out on my own.

I would definitely order here again quick for delivery and any questions I had they were very fast to answering my questions.
I call that excellent customer service.
