I bought a box of Reipatari Ginfrom Faer Isles destllery. It turned out that, one of the bottles were lacking roughly 10 centiliters.
So I answered the mail, that I received after picking up, the parcel (friday february 27th), telling Bemakers, about it, also with some pictures.
And today, they just send me replacement without charge, and not asking for anything else.

WOW, just WOW. I'm totally blown away, that this kind of service is found in the 21st century.

I would give a star more, if I could.

In December 2024, I ordered 3 bottles of rum through Bemakers.

They were shipped using PostNord in Denmark, who misplaced the parcel, started an investigation to locate it, promised me a full refund and a week later, went back on their word.
Their customer service has been a head ache to deal with, and evetually requested me to get in touch with the vendor, and have THEM file for a refund.

I got in touch with William at Bemakers, who immediately got a hold of PostNord, but they, once again, changed their mind, and now DHL (who shipped the parcel to DK prior to PostNord getting a hold of it) suddenly were the ones required to file a claim.

William then contacted DHL on my behalf, and I'm now eagerly awaiting an update.

This is how customer service ought to be, as William of Bemakers have gone above and beyond, to help me get my parcel refunded by the imcompetent folks of PostNord.

An 11/10 experience!
