The first two weeks were full of things…

The first two weeks were full of things to learn and then the last two weeks was learning to use them. The last two weeks are necessary but somehow feel a bit empty compared to the first two weeks. I wish it was longer but it is a great starting point

Great mindfulness course.

Tessa and Ed both had me invested in the course. Their calming voices were easy to listen to and the mindful activities I will be enjoying on a regular basis to help me feel less stressed and anxious about things out of my control. Thank you very much.

Be mindful review….. I’d recommend

I found the content of the programme very simple to follow. It’s not too long and you go at your own pace, there is no pressure.
The guides in the programme are informative and really have a sincere sense of compassion.
They are there to help and give you some essential tools when you may be going through times of struggle.
I would recommend this programme.

Very user friendly course

This is a first class course for beginners and also for more experienced people who have perhaps lost their way a little. You will be gently led through a series of exercises at a pace that all should be able to follow with ease. Most of the exercises are quite short but extend the users skills day by day.

After completing the course you will have continued access to the course materials and references for additional resources.

Two statues

I really didn't enjoy this and skipped through most of it. I don't think mindfulness is for me really. The people seemed nice but I've never seen two people so stiff and lifeless. It ended up being funny, especially with the mindful walking. I hope it's useful to someone and I'm grateful it was free but I didn't enjoy it

Useful but disjointed

I found aspects of the programme useful and I shall aim to incorporate them into my daily life,
However, I did feel rushed through the programme without sufficient time to consolidate each step.
It was not always clear how the steps related to each other; I lacked a sense of the programme as a whole - what the overall aims are how each step linked to the overall programme.

Sorry you felt rushed. We try to keep participants motivated to stay on track on their mindfulness journey. However, the program is designed for you to go at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need to and for as long as you like. You can also repeat the modules as many times as you like while participating.

The program is linear and builds on your mindfulness practise as you move through the modules so that by the end of the program you are naturally practising mindfulness in your daily life and enjoying the benefits.

Happy to hear you found aspects of the program useful. Remember you will continue to have access to your program library of mindfulness resources to keep going with your practice.
