Manny did a massive solid for me. Relly helpful in talking through the process and options when I had to do a mid-term adjustment on my policy to include my SORNED R1. I'm safe in the knowledge that the bike's fully insured with all the mods declared.

Unfortunately I called at a very busy time and it took ages before I got through to an advisor - However there was an option to receive a call-back which I didn't opt for so it's my own fault.

Having used BeMoto for several years, I still make a point of testing the market annually. Regardless of the competition, BeMoto remains the gold standard for service, coverage, and value. I rang BeMoto after receiving my renewal invitation as some of the bikes on my multi-bike policy where not quoted for, and I also needed to inform them of a claim I had made on my car insurance for a not at fault incident I had been involved in. The first advisor I spoke to took all the relevant details and told me the renewal quote would have to be referred back to the renewals team because of the incident I had been involved in. Later in the day I received a new quote that was somewhat confusing. I rang again and spoke to Isabella and explained my previous conversation and the difficulty I was having understanding the new quote. Isabella took me through the new quote step by step and explained that the new quote included cover for a bike that was separate from my multi bike policy and was due for renewal later in the year as this was the most economical way of providing cover for all the bikes. This also meant all bikes would have the same date for renewal in the future. Isabella also sent me a number of emails there and then to clarify which bikes were included in the two multi-bike policies being proposed. She was extremely patient and understanding as she took me through the paperwork to ensure that I understood exactly what was being done. The new quote was only slightly more than I had paid last year and included another bike as well as any adjustments for the car claim. I cannot thank Isabella enough for her help and guidance in sorting this quote out and, in the end giving me two multi-bike policies that are readily understandable and meet my requirements exactly.

I've been with BeMoto now for a few years, and my dealings with them have been brilliant. Just updating modifications to the bike or just changing address ect is so easy and with no admin costs, its even better.
