Had an issue with shipping since I bought it through the shop app (not directly through them) I emailed customer support and coach Niqui was super helpful and resolved it very quickly! Thank you so much!

Product is garbage!!! I took one swing and the mat disintegrated! The app does not register the swing. Funny how all of the five star reviews are in regards to returns, not how well the product performed.

I really wanted this to work for my husband, but due to several back surgeries he was not quite ready to pick up a golf club quite yet. Mark made the return quick and easy. Hope to revisit Benchmark Golf when my husband is feeling more comfortable playing again!

Mark, your Customer Service Representative was understanding regarding my refund request (missed delivery date owing to carrier of product for delivery.) Refund was promptly issued and correspondence was comprehensive for success in re-placing order this coming Spring.

This review is concerning service ticket CS-19018. I was very impressed with the speed with the initial response to my issue. Mark struck the right tone with his concern and acknowledgement of the problem. He expedited the issue up quickly and always answered my emails. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction and I'm very happy with the Golf at Home product and customer service "Coach" Mark provided.

I purchased a benchmark golf daddy and absolutely love. When I was closing the tri pod one for the legs broke. I immediately contacted the company and within minutes I got a response from Coach Mark. He asked me to take a picture of the tri pod and send it back to him. I few hours later he sent me an email saying they were sending me a new one! I couldn’t have asked for better help! I am definitely recommending this product to friends! Coach Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with very respectful and understanding with the whole problem!

Need to return setup ... not enough room. So far everyone has been understanding and helpful.

This is by far the biggest let down you will buy. The biggest waste of 100$ I've ever seen, literally is inaccurate with yardage and swing patterns. Every club you hit it's gonna say chunky and the furthest it will go is 120yards. It barely will process the swings you make, you'll have to re swing several times before it finally will process the swing. It freezes on the app after just a few uses the mat will start deteriorating and falling apart. Basically everything to do with this shit is a scam I bought it cause I truly thought it looked like fun and would help me somewhat improve a little with my golf game instead I wasted 100 dollars and was greatly disappointed. Would not recommend buying especially if your someone who is somewhat passionate about golf.

The amount of effort that is put in to there customer service from Mark is immaculate. From the time i reached out about my problem then within 24 hours i had a new mat being shipped as a replacement.

To the workers that helped me i would like to say thank you for helping me resolve my
Problem instead of just blowing it by. This is one of the best gifts my dad has naught me and it broke and then you guys sent me out replacement without me having deal with a hassle.

It is a great company overall and I hope that this review helps you buy the best training tool for a new golfer money can buy.

This isn’t specifically about the product itself, however I did run into a critical problem with the product upon receiving it, and I’d just like to say that the customer service aspect of the company was phenomenal. I wrote a long email last night, and got a response first thing in the morning answering everything from Mark. Mark was a huge help to this process and I really appreciate the care and time he took to help me.
