We were thrilled with how professional, calm and knowledgeable Benchmark is as a company. The windows arrived on time and even with the complicated neccesity of a crane, all went smoothly. The windows look great and the change in warmth and sound is immediate. Being so close to the sea, we finally feel we are safe from the elements. Couldn't fault the windows, the operatives, especially their attention to detail and communication with us at all times.

Benchmark were our chosen supplier for our Village hall windows - their team did a brilliant job and the quality of the product is excellent

I love everything about this company. The product is very good value for money. The sales team aren't your old school pushy sales people but rather nice humans who simply offer a best price without any silly sales games.
Installers are super friendly and leave the place so tidy. High standards all round.
We were so happy with our bifold doors that we returned to have all our windows replaced too.

Richard and Martin installed my doors this week. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process, from meeting Clayton who listened and advised until I found the doors I wanted, to the installation. Richard and Martin arrived first thing and by 3pm all was done, they cleared away and the French doors are beautiful. I would highly recommend this company for a stress free experience start to finish.

We found shopping for huge aluminium crittal doors so hard without a showroom and being able to see the products which is when we found benchmark. They had a great range of products on display and their knowledge on products was fantastic. We designed bespoke crittal doors and the whole service was seamless. From design, paying, installment was quick, very competitive prices ans the aftercare has been great. The doors are the talk of our extension. We are happy to have used a local company to buy and install rather than go online

Great team, great service, great product range. We had all our windows and exterior doors replaced on our house - even changing the configuration of two large bays. At all times the Benchmark team were helpful, professional and diligent. We are delighted with the results.

Excellent product chosen with assistance from Jason at the show room. Really nice to be able to see the products in situ.
Fantastic installation with no fuss, done efficiently.
Also really good attention to detail like trims and making good/decorating around the windows inside and out side which meant everything is really well finished off.
My only comment to improve things would be for the installers to use more dust sheeting to protect floors and surfaces around the windows as there was quite a lot of dust and grit created.

From start to finish we have been extremely impressed with Benchmark Windows.

From our first visit to their Worthing showroom, Russ went to great lengths to understand exactly what we wanted and then advise us on what our options were, considering our coastal location.

We had 16 Residence 7 windows, one backdoor and 2 large (4m+) lift and slide doors fitted, all without any issues. Jon and Jim the fitters were skilled and extremely helpful in ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the installation.

If you want peace of mind look no further than Benchmark.

Benchmark are a great company to do business with from the initial visit to the showroom through to the installation of my lovely new front door.

Alan talked me through all the possibilities in the showroom taking time to make sure I had all my questions answered. His communication was excellent.

Jason came and measure the door, again taking his time to make sure he got it right. I was kept fully informed of the ordering process and updated on the delivery date.

The dynamic duo of Richard and Martin arrived to fit the door, honestly I wish all workmen were like those two. They created an immediate rapport with me by telling me what they had to do and how the process would go. They were extremely professional and kept me informed along the way. They worked hard, smiled a lot (so they must enjoy their job), installed the door and sorted out a couple of small issues with a few calls.

When they finished the job they cleaned up and I was very impressed. The workmanship was superb, the professionalism top notch and they were great people as well.

Benchmark have just installed new 3.6 metre wide windows and sliding doors to replace wooden French doors and side panels and have done an absolutely excellent job, from all aspects. From our first visit to the Lancing showroom, when Jason Doe gave us the best advice on design and materials, to delivery on time and speedy and perfect installation, we are delighted with the result. The doors look superb. Benchmark fitted Bi-fold doors to our extension 5 years ago and they continue to be a very impressive firm.

This is the second time we’ve used Benchmark Windows, this time for a bigger project involving several Origin bifold doors and a window. We’re already booked in again with them soon for some dormer windows, which probably says a lot.

Jason has been our main contact and has been consistently helpful and patient, both in the showroom and on site. He took time to explain the different options without any hard sell. What really stands out is the accuracy of Jason's measurements — done to the millimetre —which meant the fitting was clean and tidy.

They also delivered around two weeks ahead of schedule, which made life easier for our builders. The quality of the installation by Anthony & Mark was excellent — something you only really appreciate if you’ve seen it done badly elsewhere.

Russ and his team always give a first class service. I have recently had secondary, double glazed sash windows installed and they look beautiful. From the first day of precise measurements, to the completed installation, the work was professional throughout. The fitters were very courteous and friendly, and everything was left clean and tidy. Having used Russ and his team for many years I would certainly recommend them.

We had Benchmark replace our double glazed windows and doors a few years ago .the Service was fantastic from start to finish. .The windows are of excellent quality and we noticed the traffic noise was now non existent. .Russel and his team were professional and very helpful and easy to deal with. The fitters two guys who also were professional and certainly knew their job ,were a pleasure , left the job really tidy. _____ Now 4 years later we had a burglary where our patio and back door were smashed. We immediately rang Russ who quickly came to our rescue and replaced the doors ,The 2 guys who came were so
very efficient ,obviously knew their job were pleasant and helpful, set about replacing the doors and in no time the job was done and they left everything spotless. We were secure again, What was traumatic was helped by Benchmarks kindness. By the way Our 4 year old windows are still in pristine condition .Even the window cleaners have remarked on them . Have had multiple installations from Benchmark. Most recently a set of bifold doors. My experience was smooth and communication excellent. I would highly recommend benchmark for future projects. Thank you 🙏🏼

I spent nearly £30,000 just under 10 years ago on 11 windows. They were double glazed, special glass, and featured integral super-thin venetian blinds operated by external (rechargeable) battery modules. They looked terrific and performed well until after a few years (maybe 3) a tiny piece of plastic on a battery module broke off. This cost £100+ to replace. Now I have just spent £300 to replace 2 where the same piece of plastic has broken off. Then about a year later one window was replaced free of charge. This winter a further 2 windows have failed where the internal blind cords have simply broken causing the internal blind to collapse. I looked at the guarantee and found that I was still within the 10 year period BUT, and this is very important, the guarantee does not extend to parts of the blind made by other suppliers. In this case both the blind itself and the battery modules are supplied by Pellini of Italy who provide the aluminium blinds, the motors, the blind cords and the battery modules. Benchmark say it's not their problem so I have just paid them £1,540 for 2 new windows and 2 new battery modules. Pellini make the blinds and the battery modules, they are then shipped to UK where another firm (Morly?) assemble the blinds into double glazed units which Benchmark fit into their aluminium frames.
Benchmark should warn customers that when battery modules or internal blinds fail they will be in for a very, very, expensive replacement bill, all due to cheap faulty materials supplied by Pellini of Italy.

We have had 3 projects done by Benchmark and been thrilled with the efficiency and the quality from start to finish.
Recently we have had an issue with a window fitted 10! years ago.
Rang Russell for advice, no problem he said I will pop round. He duly did a day later and is now resolving the problem he also took the time to give us advice on non benchmark windows.

We are slightly too far away for Benchmark to do our windows but Alan still gave me some advice on timber look window options. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend using them as they seem both knowledgeable and trust worthy.

Very personable experience throughout. From first discussions, survey, and then fitting, it was a very easy experience. Genuinely nice people. Great value. Delighted with our new bay windows. Unreservedly recommended. I’ve more windows to replace and will be a returning customer. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Expert and honest advice, which is refreshing in a saturated and competitive market. Super happy with the end product. A couple of minor tweaks on install, which were dealt with quickly and diligently. I cannot fault the installers. The finish is top notch and they went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Benchmark!

After receiving a quote for some windows but requesting some changes that were not forthcoming, we started looking elsewhere. I then got an email from Russ asking if we were proceeding with them, and if not, why? A fair question, so I told him that they did not seem very responsive to our requests for changes. Russ then made it his mission to prove to us Benchmark were every bit as we were expecting. We had a great tour of their showroom where differences in products were explained and demonstrated. Delivery of our glazing was ahead of expectations and the fitting went without a problem. A couple of weeks after installation I spotted a small gap between the frames, I guess from things settling. Russ had guys round within days and sorted it out.

I have total confidence in Benchmark and was reminded that I needed to write this review because I was about to contact them to do another quote for some doors we need.
