Outstanding experience at a nearby record shop. Everything went smoothly. The staff was both knowledgeable and eager to help, and since I'm local, the complimentary hand delivery is a wonderful perk. This review reflects multiple visits, not just a one-time occasion. Occasionally, there are also fantastic offers to take advantage of.

Saved from RSD regret
In direct contrast to the previous review, I got a bit of remorse for not buying Griffs live LP during RSD day so searched everywhere for it. Bending Sound was the only place that had it so I thought I'd order it and even if it was a glitch, I'd get a refund and no harm done but the order shipped within 24 hours and arrived with me soon after!
There was a small bit of damage to the LP inner and outer sleeve where the vinyl itself seems to have been moving in the packaging, but I'm not overly precious so nothing to worry about, just glad to have it!

Not happy
I don't really write reviews, however really unhappy with the service or the lack of service provided by bending sounds.
Placed an order for a RSD title that was out of stock everywhere else and was way over double the price on eBay so was excited that someone still has this even if it was a little more expensive than other retailers.
Only to find they have oversold due to a glitch on their website, I would think for a record store they would need to keep accurate stock levels.
Really disappointed :(
