Pas på - snørklede regler for booking

Benefits fungerer som et bonussamarbejde mellem hoteller i kæden Small Danish Hotels. Jeg har været ude for en mærkelig oplevelse, hvor et af medlemshotellerne ikke vil acceptere min booking og give den lovede rabat. De påstår, at man skal ringe eksplicit til hotellet eller emaile for at få rabat og point. Jeg bruget HOTELLETS EGEN booking, og anførte mit Benefits medlemsnummer - men nej, ingen rabat. Det gør jo ordningen temmelig værdiløs, så pas på: Check nøje, før du melder dig ind, og hvis du er medlem, så check og dobbeltcheck med hotellet om man mener at medlemsskabet kan bruges.
