I ordered some pens from this site and after two months they still haven't arrived. I have emailed them several times (website says that they respond to emails within 2-3 business days) but they have ignored all of my emails. The tracking number doesn't work and there seems to be no way to contact them to find out where the order is, when it's arriving, or to process a refund. 0 stars would be my rating if I could choose that. This is the worst purchase I've ever made and it appears to be a total scan.

Ordered from Bonilife via Amazon. Waited 12 days for delivery. Goods did not arrive on final predicted delivery date. Tried to contact seller and was asked to fill in generic form. Was given set answer that goods would arrive by 29 December. Not acceptable for Christmas present. Can't claim refund until new year. Amazon does not want to know and keeps referring me back to seller. Seller refers me to carrier who can't be contacted.

Absolutely shocking I've messaged customer services twice by email and twice by fb no reply to either I ordered nice list medals for my kids the cardboard letter that come with them is mouldy one of the medals is broke the picture shows gold medals these are seethrew crap

Courier company wanted additional £1.95 to deliver the packet. So glad I didn't throw good money away again. Totally disgusted with product. Cheap tat, could have made better myself and I'm not the crafting type.

Very disgusted. The dress I ordered was not of merchantable quality. It was the wrong colour, too small, terribly finished and certainly looked nothing like advertised. No returns form in bag even though emailed to customer service within the 14 day time scale. Hopeless they just do not want to know. Would never order from them again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. Zero rating from me.

Awful product that is nothing like the dress on the model. No response from company as to how to return it and will not waste any more time on it. Avoid this company!

I ordered shoes from Benelife, they took 3 weeks to get to me. Although very comfortable they are a bit baggy at the sides, and after 3 weeks of wearing them, the velcro fastenings have worn flat and don't fasten anymore making the shoes unwearable so I have had to buy some extra strong velcro to replace it and make them wearable again. I would have returned the shoes but by the length of time it took me to receive them, I don't even know if I would have got a replacement pair or my money back anytime soon.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I BOUGHT SOME SANDALS AND SENT COMPLETELY DIFFRENT ONES THEN SAID I COULD NOT RETURN THEM KEEP AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU.LIKE JUST THROWIMG YOUR MONEY AWAY AND NOW
THEY WONT ANSWER EMAILS 🤬🤬🤬

I would rate this no stars if I could. Absolutely shocking disgrace the quality of blouse. Threads everywhere. Soooo cheap. Nothing like photo on website. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Do not buy from these scammers. I bought 2 pairs of trainers including delivery, I paid £43.98 and almost 2 months letter, I have still not received the goods. They give fake tracking details and showed goods had come from China took 3 weeks from China to UK now showing product returning to retailer but each time I send email they just say use tracking details which is nonsense. I have send them numerous emails now that if they can't deliver what I ordered, they should refund me my money but they are ignoring my emails. I am now in the process of reporting it to the fraud team to be investigated. I wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing anything from them as it's clear from reading the reviews that they are scammers.

Product didn't look same, when recieved, very disappointed that can not send back and get refund, they only give you 50% refund and keep item. Not very good emailing back, we not buy any more

The worst ever product I have ever bought. Ignore everything they state on their sight. They DO NOT honour any of their statements. No money back guarantee and absolutely no quality in any of their products. None of them are fit for purpose. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Thick plastic shoes that do not bend with your feet. Velcro fastening that comes undone on every step. Looked lovely online but absolute cheap rubbish in real life!!!!

I wished I'd read the reviews before purchasing. Still waiting for my shoes i guess I'll have to wait and see after all my emails to them oh well, not listening to my intuition again,

Don't Do It! Ordered 2 pairs of pumps I'm flat footed so believed the add. Shoes are awful not what I ordered, look and smell cheap. Both the same size yet one pair looks like clowns bowling shoes and for some reason has a dodgy trimmy Hilfiger logo. NOTHING! like my order total rip off.
Liberty not even worth the hastle sending them back it will only end up costing me again.

I waited a month for my order, and when it did arrive today, I cannot adequately describe my shock and disappointment. I had ordered these due to my plantar fasciitis - a real medical condition - and needed the help that this company boasted could provide. The shoes are NOTHING like what I had ordered, as regards the design and colour. But the worst is that they are three or four sizes too small! I doubt they will even fit my 9-year old niece. I cannot tell what size they are because nowhere is that shown on this piece of junk. I am furious that rogue companies like this are permitted to operate, and to take advantage of innocent people who are already struggling financially. Shame on you.

Rubbish quality, really deep, nothing like picture, appauling customer service. Can't get any response re refund other than asking for the order number. Don't be fooled into what they look like on the picture.
Has anyone had any success in getting a refund or are they just scammers? I paid £24 including postage, never known such poor service, fake advertising and poor quality product!
