I’ve really enjoyed using BenePura’s products. They feel gentle on the skin, made with high-quality natural ingredients, my skin feels nourished and refreshed after using them. You can tell the products are made with genuine care — definitely a brand I’d recommend!
In the past the propolis ointment had 30% propolis in it and now no percentage is stated on de packing and I am convinced that the ointment has significant less propolis. It doesn't work anymore like it use to do

As we may have mentioned in an e-mail if you have contacted us about this issue, there was a limited stock of Propolis ointments we produced with a different packaging design that did not include the 30% on the lid.
This was purely a cosmetic choice, the ointment ingredients and proportions have not changed. Any such changes are always announced on the product pages.

Benepura gave the wrong address to the delivery company so I did not receive my order. I have emailed Benepura to request a refund but have not received a reply.

I use their ointments for many years and they are great and affordable.
Last time I had some difficulties with the delivery company and the customer service helped me and resolved the problem in perfect manner.
