I got a beautiful custom rug and a few cactus pillows. My rug constantly gets comments from guests. Great service as well!

I ordered two pillow covers and three rugs. The pillow covers arrived within a week which impressed me with international shipping. They are beautiful, but the rugs are PHENOMENAL. They are well-crafted and designed. I just purchased another two rugs.

The rug I purchased met and exceeded all my expectations. I have never been so impressed with the quality of any rug I have EVER purchased. This rug is a work of art. I purchased the Afta-Beni Ourain rug. It is thick and so luxurious and exceptionally well made. The artist who created it is a master at her craft. I also contacted their customer support for a question regarding shipping. Excellent! Friendly, courteous, professional and made me feel like a valued customer. I have found my rug company.

I received our vintage carpet very quickly from Morocco and it looked and felt exactly the way I expected. Great product and services.

Very disappointed with customer service. Sent numerous emails asking for information on my rug delivery dare. As yet no response.

Ordered a rug in December and still waiting for delivery. Informed it’s being made from scratch and may take three months .

I requested a return 1 day after the 14 day return policy, explaining that my purchase was delivered whilst I was interstate caring for a family member who was a medical emergency. There was no recourse, no compassion even though I offered to obtain a medical certificate as evidence. Customer service has ignored all, but one, of my emails. Very disappointing.

Placed an order for 2 rugs in early December. I am located in Canada, and there are significant issues with Benisouk's chosen carrier/delivery agent, Aramex. My order sat in customs for a long time, and I wasn't notified that duties were owed. I attempted to connect with Benisouk customer service numerous times; they were very unhelpful and offered no recourse. Eventually I contacted the carrier directly; they advised they often have to "chase down" this company to get customer information to send to customers about owed fees. Very unprofessional and such a hassle. If you want good communication and customer service, don't order from Benisouk—there are so many great rug vendors on Etsy that make purchasing internationally easy. This experience was a nightmare. Express 5-7 day shipping will mean nothing—I have been waiting for communication for over 20.

Edit- I have yet to receive a payment link from the carrier or contact from Benisouk. I have no issue paying customs, but I need to be made aware they are required, how much they are and how to pay them????? Apparently, my order has been sitting in customs for a long period because the carrier they use doesn’t contact customers, and Benisouk has no ability to provide this information. This seems really standard for a company- Benisouk has major challenges with shipping and after product support. Wonder if/when my orders will arrive. Totally unprofessional. I would avoid dealing with Benisouk at all costs.

My new @benisouk rug arrived today, and i wanted to say their customer service was incredible, the quality is fantastic, feels great under bare feet and i love that i am buying from artisans vs mass produced stuff from a chain. Really wanted to share a genuine experience and support a real, good and real good brand. Thank you. 🙏

Beautiful handmade rugs. I ordered a custom rug and was so excited to receive it. It's even better than I imagined! Their customer service team is really helpful and responsive.

I bought a gorgeous luxury beni mrirt rug from here. It was a bit of a gamble because it was a lot of money for us, and we didn't get to see it in person in advance. I was surprised after I bought it that it was shipped from Morocco. I think they accept returns in Florida, but I am not sure. Luckily, it is one of the most gorgeous and well-made rugs I have ever seen. We love it! It's on stone flooring, so we bought a rug pad separately to protect it. It's so soft and cozy on top of the stone. My only complaint, and the reason for 4/5 stars, is that I tried to contact the store twice after receiving it to ask how we can keep it clean. I didn't hear back from them. So, we ended up doing some googling on the topic. But all in all, I would buy from here again based on the quality of the rug.

The rug is a real show piece, the nicest in the house. The custom build didn't take too long either. I would get other rugs from Benisouk in the future.

Fantastic quality! Rug is plush and beautiful. Adore our piece, and customer service was as expected. Only complaint would be length of time it took to receive our rug. Many months.

Benisouk rugs and customer service support is great. I bought two vintage rugs within the past year. Both arrived promptly, were extremely clean and absolutely gorgeous. The quality and feel are great and both fit well in my rooms. I recommend Benisouk rugs to others and will definitely purchase additional items in the future.

We ordered an incredibly beautiful runner for our entryway. The colors match exactly to what we saw on the website and the rug is plush and soft yet sturdy for this higher traffic area.

If you're reading this, chances are you've already been screwed over in some capacity by the infamous BeniSouk!

RUG CLEANING UPDATE:

The deep cleaning of the rugs that I paid for worked to rid them of the horrid smell of urine and the sticky texture that plagued each rug. This cost me $650.

One rug is still discolored in an area, but at least it doesn't smell like a herd of goats decided to use it as a toilet! The unfortunate silver lining one must draw when doing business with BeniSouk.

Also, if you're reading this, it goes without saying that this company is as corrupt as it gets, especially in the way that they absolve themselves from any and all responsibility when it comes to the rugs that they are selling.

P.S. They WILL remove your negative review as they have removed the last two of mine it seems :)
