I ordered the green flowy dress that they use to advertise everywhere. When the dress arrive is was nothing as expected. The material is a flat dark camo green color, the material is not light and flowy is more of a matronly dress. I sent them an email and of course I can return it using my own money even though it’s their fault that the dress is nothing like they advertised. Once they receive it I should get a refund. Shipping took a couple weeks to get to me so another couple weeks to ship which will cost me who knows what and I may get a refund. What a ripoff. I’m researching how to stop these illegitimate sellers from frauding people and will definitely file a complaint.

Items did not arrive at all, company would not accept responsibility for the items being lost with courier. Two to seven working day delivery was completely blown out of the water, nearly two months of constant emails to company with same old garb refusing to return monies. Dispute was only resolved through bank intervention. Never to be used again.

Frauds. Incorrect information on website regarding location of product and shipping times. Tracking system is fictitious. Information provided is full of inconsistencies. They take your money , good luck if you expect to get your product!

Long delay from ordering to delivery. "linen" shirts they are not. They are a very thin cotton and even say so on the label

I have always received 5 star service from Bennettbrooks.
Simon has been outstanding in the tax work he has done for me over the past few years. He communicates and explains things really well and gives a great service, Thankyou Simon and Helen.

This company is a scam. They advertise 4.7 stars out over 1,000 reviews, yet have only 3 reviews. 4 including this one. Same company as Nancy London.

They list so many positive reviews on their web site but only two here!
I ordered something 25/7 and now 8/8 and still not arrive in this country yet.

Dodgy Scam Artists BEWARE!!

They claim on Facebook : “Rated 4.8 / 5 based on 1,127 reviews”.

The truth is that this is their second ever review!!!!!

They are foreign conmen - read some of their disgraceful fake reviews below and steer clear!!!

I bought three “Spencer Casual Linen Shirts” on June 28. They arrived today July 15.
17 days is a long time admittedly.
Not sure where they shipped from although the merchant per my credit card statement is “AIRWALLEX HK”.
My chest is around 43 inches and I selected size L. The shirts fit fine (I feel there is not a lot of room for shrinkage so I’ll wash carefully).
The style and colours and material are true to the photos on the website.
It looks like this is the company’s first review on Tripadvisor, which is clearly at odds with what you see on the bennettbrooks.com website with the Tripadvisor mock-up and claim of 4.8 stars (!).
I noticed that before I bought and would suggest they remove that because most people would regard that as a red flag.
I just decided to make the purchase as the shirts were so nice-looking and suppress expectations.
