Could not recommend Bennetts more as a removal company! They were absolutely brilliant at every stage from quote to unpacking. Everyone we spoke to was polite, honest and took pride in their work and their services were competitively priced. When there were some potential issues with our move date due to the buyer Jan was so kind and helpful and really took the stress out of everything. We used the packing service as well as removals and haven't had a single breakage, all boxes were clearly labelled and the movers were diligent at checking things were being placed in the right rooms and reassembled well.

John and Jan responded to my initial contact with a prompt appointment for an estimate. Great first impression! Then they fitted me in at short notice, accommodating to my individual circumstance, and that with kindness and real care. Highly efficient service with a friendly team, couldn't have asked for any better at a stressful time. I felt in safe hands with F & M Bennett Removals Ltd from start to finish, and benefited from a lift with the lads in the van which took a huge pressure off my shoulders. That's going the extra mile to support the customer! My belongings were handled with care and treated with respect. Amazing team and service at a favorable price. Thanks John and Jan. A really personal service from quote to moving in. John was very friendly and open when he came to quote the move. He gave options and advice freely. The resultant quote was extremely competitive and professionally presented.
Jan was very good about keeping us advised of open dates and flexible when our dates kept slipping.
We opted for a packing service. Given our short notice, again Bennetts were very accommodating and arrived with all required packing material and spent a full day packing and preparing for the move. Anything we needed was left handy.
On the moving day John arrived with the lorry and the crew of two. They worked very efficiently, dismantling and disconnecting as they went. Difficult and heavy furniture was lifted over the side gate, no mean feat. They were finished loading in good time for completion at 1pm.
At the other end although we had to wait 2 hours to get in, the guys were patient until I had the keys, Then it was full speed ahead. Unloading, reassembling, reconnecting. Asking for direction as needed and working around family who had turned up to help unpack. Carpets were protected throughout with plastic covers.
The team were quick, efficient, polite, clean throughout.
The whole experience was a very pleasant at a very stressful time.

John , Jan and there team have been absolutely fantastic with the service they provided for us at short notice . Always there at the end of the phone when we had issues with our move to reasure us and the team were professional with the care they packed and moved us . Will definitely use there service again if we need to.

A fabulous experience from start to finish and excellent value. Jan was incredibly responsive and friendly from the moment we enquired. John and the team who packed up our flat in London and moved everything out to our new house in Essex were professional, efficient, careful and friendly. The team treated everything with the utmost care and everything arrived in one piece. I can't recommend them more highly!

A fantastic removal company. They were very professional from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble especially as our move had to be in two parts due to moving out of the County. What a marvellous service!
They helped me move at very short notice & at a great price. Went above & beyond to help, even did battle with a rather awkward washing machine that I couldn’t manage to disconnect myself.

Once our home sale was established we contacted 4 local removal firms for quotes.
Living in London, parking for a furniture van can be especially tricky and F&M Bennett were the only ones to suggest using 2 smaller vans, for no extra cost, which solved the parking problem.
On completion day the two guys, John and Terry were simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were polite, considerate of us and our belongings, and we were able to leave them alone to get on with the job.
At the other end in our new home some 120 miles later, again, they made life easy by getting on with the job, asking where items needed to be and being genuinely helpful as far as possible.
Moving can be such a worry, but this company ensured all went well efficiently and effectively
