I cancelled my order and requested a refund due to lack of order updates and not receiving delivery. Without any acknowledgement of previous contact from me, I received an email confirming a partial refund for my order. I didn't receive any part of my order so am unsure why the refund was partial and not in full. I did contact regarding this but again, have been ignored. I am still outstanding money despite having not received anything from this company. Pretty sure this goes against trading standards.

I ordered meals for Monday
Chased up Monday night told would get Wednesday still not delivered Wednesday told they would come Thursday so I cancelled but still got charged delivery

Variety of meals is great , the sloppy Joe was tasty and the chicken club pizza was also tasty . Steak meals are cooked to perfection . Also managed to lose a few pounds in weight an added bonus . Communication is very good too.

Fantastic food and fantastic service and delivery

Enjoying my first week. Noodle is my least favourite. I have bought the bulk meals and there are great value. No regrets

They didnt deliver the complete order. No apology email or anything. When I emailed to ask, they mentioned that it was out of stock and they'll refund. That was 11 days back.

Always happy with the service that Benno Box offers. The team are super friendly and the meals are delicious. A really convenient way to help with my nutrition goals without wasting time or money. The bakes especially are to die for, love the cheesecakes!

The meals had hardly any sauce and the meat was strange. Tasted liked sliced chicken from a packet.

Tried these guys out a few years back absolutely loved the meals. Thought i would try them again before Christmas to cut some weight and have been let down, the meals have increased in price and are bland and flavourless. I even found a small hair in my chicken. Wouldn't recommend.

You also get spammed with the same marketing Email and Text message each week without a op out button. 👎🏾👎🏾

Absolutely love the range of meals, after 2 months eating the low calorie ones, I’ve lost weight, super healthy food, it’s a win win for me.

Best food I’ve ever bought and it’s cheap too! I also like the weekly deliveries and the fact you don’t have to store a lot of food in the freezer. I picked the 5 a week fish low carb option and it’s been amazing apart from that green curry 😂😂 but I got a free meal as a replacement so thank you for that! I also like the little flapjacks I get each week, nice surprise! 🥰
