I ordered and paid for 2x5packs of boxers costing £119.95. According to tracking notice they unsucessfully attempted delivery twice and have returned them to some place in Nederlands!! They had an incomplete delivery address on them!! I have several times emailed requesting to resend or return my payment. All communication has so far been ignored.

Made in China; poor quality, pads are thick and uncomfortable.
Really difficult to get a response from the company.
If you open the package (at all), he claims all pants are no longer clean; therefore cannot be returned. Any offer of a return is not trustworthy.
I complained to my bank / credit card that the goods were not as described and not fit-for-purpose. They raised a complaint and I got a full refund.
I strongly suggest that if you are unhappy, that you do the same.

There was a long delay in delivery & the size of the underwear was far from satisfactory, being too small for an alleged size 3X which I have always found to be satisfactory with other products
I have emailed them but have received no reply and a second email has been returned as undeliverable

I ordered 5 pair of boxers on 24/11/25. I'm still waiting to find out what has happened to them I contacted them through there order info to find out what has happened but no reply.

After dealing with urinary incontinence since my prostate operation in February 2024 I thought Bens Boxers were going to be a god- send. My order of 10 pairs arrived on early November 2025 and I was immediately disappointed as they did not help me at all. The boxers immediately leaked through and into my outer wear. I immediately contacted Bens and I was asked to supply details of the issues I had raised including a video which I complied with. The last contact from them was on 1 December 2025 acknowledging receipt of the video they had asked for, but no contact since despite several emails asking for an update. Not good!
If there was an option to give zero stars I would take that option.

My husband ordered at the end of November and still hasn’t received any order, we have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and never has received a response. On reading reviews going to try the bank to see if they can help

These pants are badly made and sized. They are much too bulky and uncomfortable to wear.
The returns policy is a joke, I am still trying to get some sort of satisfaction.
I believe they are made in china and delivery was very slow. In view of the price and no viable returns policy I believe this is some sort of scam.

Firstly, these Boxers take ages to arrive because they come from China.
Secondly, they are very cheaply made, and the sizing is wrong. I ordered the size I usually wear, and the items that arrived were so small as to be unwearable.
Thirdly, it is all but impossible to obtain a refund, despite what is stated in the Facebook advert.

Marketing makes Bens Boxers sound wonderful… I should have read reviews before purchasing.
They look cheap , only label is a small tag with a L to indicate the size .. No smart woven label saying Bens Boxers , looks as if they had been cheaply mass produced in China.
Large size ordered fits like medium and are very short at the back and uncomfortable to wear.
It is impossible to return them once opened as they are not individually packed and customer service claims no refund once opened for hygiene reasons.
Total waste of money… avoid buying , are not even worth donating to a charity shop !!

Very disappointed in the sizing of the boxers ordered, they were way to small for the size ordered

Its not made in England but China .it has a long waiting time for delivery.they do not fit they are cut so they fit on your hips so ride down when walking or going up stairs.
Total waist of money with no return do to when you take them out of the package you can not return them

This company is in China and the delivery takes at least four weeks. Once my purchase arrived I tried to wear a pair of the boxers. They are extremely small compared to the marked size. I ordered Large but they fit like M or S. Also, they leak, they don't absorb as advertised. When I wanted to return them Ben's Boxers wanted a video of the amount of liquid the shorts absorb. DON'T BUY THESE SHORTS...TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND IT IS A MAJOR HASSLE TO RETURN THEM. I HAD TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY REFUSE PAYMENT.

First I ordered on 10/27.
After two weeks I responded and they told me it takes 2-4 days to process and 7-10 days to receive. Then they told me they only count weekdays.
I finally received them on November 19th. I tried on one pair (M) they were so tight around my thighs and in addition were very short like briefs.
I sent several emails asking how to get a refund. But with return shipping costs it not worth it. They are so poorly made I’d be embarrassed to even donate them. DO NOT WANT YOUR TIME/MONEY WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY! Warning this company sells cheap products. It is a scam.

I bought a multipack to get a decent price. (They’re expensive.) I had to order their largest size according to their sizing chart. When they arrived I opened the plastic packaging to inspect the boxers and try them on. The waist was fine but the rise was so short I couldn’t even pull them halfway up.

When I wrote to request a refund under their “100% money back” policy, I was told because I’d opened the plastic packaging no refund could be issued. In my view this company is a Chinese scam company selling weird inferior product that does not stand behind their products. Also, realize that if you spend big money for a multi-pack the products inside are not individually packaged, so if you open the outer bag, there are no returns and the company does not stand behind their product.

Ordered and paid £132.94 but after 2 months still not received goods.Despite numerous emails I always get same Chatbox reply to be patient.Have requested refund but no response.
Appalling

After reading the hyoe I was very disappointed. I Thought that I was buying from a UK business however despatched from China. Fit was very poor. Low at the back so work down during wear so not effective ib containing leakage and become uncomforable & damp. Tried to persavere , in doing so missed on possibility to return (14 days)
