Problem solved!
Ben was great and really friendly. We live in terraced housing which comes with its own difficulties when trying to stop a rat from coming back but after a few visits, Ben blocked all entry points and used the necessary precautions to make sure it didn’t come back. We have had no more problems since. Highly recommend

Potential wasp nest
I thought I had a wasps nest underground, as a hole had appeared in my flower beds, and there had been a few wasps around! I contacted Ben via WhatsApp and his wife answered straight away. Ben came over the following day. He reassured me that there was no wasp nest but did point out a few issues with holes around the perimeters of the flat walls, which could potentially be Rat holes. He advised me to get onto the maintenance company to take a look and to get them to fill the holes. Ben was really friendly and didn’t even charge me for his time. I would definitely use his services again if I ever needed to and would recommend to anyone needing a pest control. Brilliant service

Ben was fantastic. He came out and met with my husband to discuss the problem and sort a solution there and then. Ben even spoke to me over the phone reassuring me. He came back to do the checks and fixed the holes to mouse proof our house. Ben knew where the main problems were and fixed them, always discussing the options with us clearly. He really went the extra mile!

Lovely and Professional Service
Right from assessment until the end, Ben and Leah were so lovely and professional. We are glad we chose to go with Bensbugs as they knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done in the exact number of days they promised.
They answered all our queries and understood that we were worried about the issue. Ben came to check out and fill the gaps outside the house and made it totally mice proof.

Bug nightmare
Had some bugs that weren't welcome, looked on Google and found Ben. It was nice to speak to someone who knew exactly what was required. After 2 visits we no longer had anymore problems. A 3rd visit was made to make final check.
Any questions we had along the way we're answered 24/7
He also explained clearly about the products he would use. Big thanks to them for erasing a nightmare.
