Bought 2 mantles for our house renovations- look amazing, great quality and delivered quickly

Thank you sooooo soooo much for our incredible new sofa!! We had my husband’s old black “bachelor” sofa which I had been trying to get rid of for years… in the end we reached a compromise and decided to get it upholstered! Seriously it looks brand new.. the guys also threw in brand new cushions for free and were soo soo lovely to deal with. Thank you so much again! It was a pleasure.. already eyeing up our second sofa for upholstering!

The shelf arrived on and time and was exactly as described. I had to contact Customer Services and received a prompt reply from Jack. The matter was resolved with 36 hours. Customer service after care is excellent and speaks volumes about the companies ethos. Recommended.

The floating shelves look great. So heavy though I thought they may bring the wall down but the fixings and the instructions supplied are perfect thank you. Finished off my kitchen perfectly

I purchased a bench in shabby chic. But the Colour wasn’t as white washed as I wanted. Reached out to Ben Simpson and theyadvised to limewash it and now it is the perfect color..

We've used Ben Simpson Furniture before & had no hesitation when we wanted a garden dining table. We did have an issue with the first table but this was swiftly & satisfactorily sorted out. They sent out a complete new table without any argument! We also ordered a care kit which included protective oil but in the original colour. When we asked to change the colour on the replacement table they happily sent out another care kit free of charge.
Wonderful customer care, I can't recommend them highly enough!!

I purchased a Mantle from Ben Simpson, it is a beautiful piece of crafted wood which makes my living look just perfect. It was well packaged and delivered when I expected

Firstly, the table is amazing. I’m really pleased with the finish and quality of the table. We chose a walnut stain and it looks so nice in our home. My partner put the table together in about 20 minutes with little effort. We’re excited to use the table and can’t wait to see it at Christmas!
We had one part of the table delivered chipped in transit. We had left the table for a few days before opening as we’re in the middle of a renovation. I sent one email to their customer service to let them know about the chip and without any further questions a replacement was sent and delivered promptly. This kind of swift service feels really rare these days and can’t thank Nicole at Ben Simpson more for how quickly she resolved our issue.
We’ll be buying more as we complete the work in our house - eyeing up some shelves already!

I wanted a small oak mantle and Ben Simpson had a good choice of sizes and colours ..easy to place order..kept informed of progress of my order and arrived well packed and within a few days as promised..I will definitely purchase again from Ben and recommended confidently..
