Shane arrived within his booked window. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He sorted the problem error code 15 on our Bosch dishwasher within the hour. Excellent overall service. I recommend this company.

I never thought I would have such deep feelings of gratitude for a repair and servicing man and his team but honestly they have gone above and beyond every single time. When my fridge broke during a heat wave Ben was here to try to repair it within 2 days. When it couldn’t be repaired he had a new fridge for me within 2 days again. When I was being a princess and didn’t like the sound the fridge made within 2 days someone was here to check on it. When it turned out I’m just a mad woman and there was nothing wrong with the fridge, they offered me a quieter fridge and delivered it within a few days again. My house is not easy to get an American style fridge in and out of 3x but they did it with a smile on their face. I cannot recommend Ben and his team enough.

I placed my order in the St Leonards on Sea, Sedlescombe road, store. The very nice young lady taking my order was very easy to deal with, and arranged the free delivery to suit me.
The delivery was on time and and my fridge freezer was taken to my chosen location in .my kitchen.
All in all, a very smooth transaction.

Friendly, helpful engineer who explained exactly what the problem was and gave good advice. Have used them before and will use again. Reasonable pricing and turn up on time with a text to say they're on the way. Easy, hassle free repairs with old fashioned good service.

It took me a while to finally get to this.
Very pleasant experience,from choosing the appliances which were in mint condition to having them delivered.
We live in a maisonette with 2 flights of stairs which are narrow!!! The lovely men were superstars and brought up the fridge and washing machine like it was super easy! I was so impressed! They also installed the washing machine and run a quick test to make sure nothing leaks

Ben came out to help almost immediately after I phoned when our washing machine had flooded the kitchen floor. It turned out that the machine was not the problem, but a blocked waste outlet. Ben recommended a local plumber who came within 2 hours and fixed it.
