DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
ordered a rug and received a tracking and delivery date. Didnt arrive so called UPS. They had never received it so the tracking they give you is a scam. They dont answer emails so had to go through credit card company for chargeback.

I HAVE FILLED IN RETURNS FORM, HOWEVER THE
MESSAGE COMES UP THAT MY ORDER NO IS TOO OLD TO BE RETURNED WHEN i ORDERED ONLY RUG ON 14TH JANUARY 2025. tHEY MESSAGE TO SAY THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO DEAL WITH RETURN. i DON'T BELIEVE THAT THEY INTEND TO DEAL WITH
MY RETURN WHICH HAS TO GO TO GERMANY. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWAY THAT THIS COMPANY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AT ALL. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. No contact tel. no. emails not answere except to say they are too busy to answer.

No customer service, no. Help...

I bought a carpet on the 6th of January, haven't received news of any form for 15 days until I wrote, I didn't have a tracking code either. Then I had a response, asking me to be patient due to the large amount of requests. I received the product 2 days ago, it doesn't match at all with the room I'm staging so I have to return it, but... Unfortunately, you can not contact them by phone, neither Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, only an e-mail, without response and a return procedure that does not work with a message "try again a in a few days". I want my return label now, I waited 20 days to get my carpet and now I have to buy some new ones for other offices etc but I won't use benuta anymore. You can't work without a customer service, selling on line!!!
