I began a journey with this company, and at first everything appeared professional and well-organized. However, as the process continued, my experience did not fully match those initial expectations.

At the start, I was provided with a list of potential donors. After making a selection, the company contacted them on my behalf, and one agreed to proceed. While I was told I would be able to attend scans and be involved throughout, in practice this felt more limited than expected.

I also felt uncomfortable at times with the way communication was handled, both in terms of how I was spoken to and how I perceived donors were treated. During pregnancy especially, I felt in a vulnerable position and would have preferred clearer, more supportive communication.

After the birth, I decided to carry out a DNA test following advice I received, simply to better understand the situation. The results raised questions for me, as they indicated unexpected genetic connections. This led to some confusion regarding donor information I had previously been given.

Before receiving these results, I had already considered beginning a second journey with the same donor. However, due to the uncertainty created by the DNA findings and other information I received, I chose not to proceed further.

When I requested a refund related to the second process, I found the situation difficult to resolve and did not feel the outcome met my expectations.

Overall, based on my personal experience, I would encourage others to ask detailed questions, seek independent advice where possible, and ensure they feel fully confident before proceeding.

We are a same sex couple in Ireland who always knew we wanted to be parents, but for a long time it felt more like a fairytale than a real possibility. From our first conversations with BeParent Cyprus we were treated with kindness, respect and complete transparency, which gave us real hope and confidence to move forward.

Communication was excellent. We would randomly message our coordinator with random questions and she was always happy to help, even before we had decided to go with the agency. She shared so much clear information about surrogacy in Cyprus in general before we signed anything, which made us feel informed and reassured.

The support was truly multi faceted. They provided a doula who helped with education and preparation before the birth, including regular calls and practical guidance. They also helped with logistics like organising taxis to and from appointments, arranging initial accommodation for our first visit, coordinating clinic schedules, guiding us through legal steps and paperwork and helping us understand what to expect at each stage.

The process was incredibly fast in our case. We signed our contract in May 2023 and our twin girls arrived in May 2024, which showed how organised and experienced the team were. Everything was coordinated smoothly between the agency, clinic, lawyers and hospital and we always felt supported.

We also felt our surrogate was treated ethically and with respect, with proper medical care and regular checkups. This was incredibly important for us.

We had endured numerous failed IVF cycles in the Czech Republic and Spain. Our baby was born through a surrogacy with egg donation in Georgia with Be Parent. For us, everything went perfectly well, with the first IVF process being a success.

What separates Be Parent from other companies in my opinion is the excellence of the employees. From the owner to the coordinator to the parental nurse (doula) to the other employees (ex.: the drivers), everyone is very good at what they do. So much that our time being in Georgia was actually the easiest part of the entire procedure. We have been through it all over 10 years. We have experienced surrogacy in New Zealand, Ukraine, Canada and Georgia and we have to say we had a fantastic experience with Be Parent. We used BeParent in 2023 for IVF in Georgia, and our daughter was born in 2024. From a clinical perspective, they were amazing… far better than my experience at home. The care during my IVF round and egg retrieval was outstanding and our first embryo transfer became our daughter.
