Great course!
I really enjoyed this course as having come from a retail background it gave me the knowledge on how to be a great teaching assistant. When I reached my EPA, Rachael my tutor gave me so much confidence which I lacked when I first met with her, that I was happy to just "pass", however with her support and encouragement I gained a distinction!

Great tutor experience
My tutor, Sheena, has been absolutely amazing at getting me through my course. Sheena has always kept a really good level of communication with me to keep me on track with my Independent learning which I have sometimes found quite tricky. Sheena has really helped build my confidence by always giving valuable feedback and encouragement. It really has been invaluable to have her by my side through the course.

I'm currently on my module 11 and nearly finishing my course i can not help but say a huge thank you to my tutor Maria so many times i felt that i couldn't carry on but Maria was always there to prompt me as well as offer her support to me and i give her credit for that the kindness .Maria used to always offer support and given go to the extent of saying in case you realise you need help email me and iam here to help and each time she kept her word as soon as i emailed.Thank you to BeReady team the course has been amazing it has certainly given me confidence whilst working with reception and more knowledge.

SEND Early Years Apprenticeship Review (so far)
I am currently midway through my apprenticeship via BeReady and Aptem and I am absolutely thriving from it! The modules are tailored with my interests and I have incredible support from my Skills Coach, Hannah! Being a SEND TA, this apprenticeship has allowed me to open doors into my future career and how that is developing with every module passing. I am gaining an insight into the importance of certain aspects of education and how that is making me a better educator. I am really enjoying how the course reignites the passion I have for teaching, especially within SEND, and that the course is really helping me develop and grow.
Hannah is an incredible skills coach with understanding, patience and enthusiasm. Her leadership is supportive and allows you to take each module in with confidence. Every progress review allows me to feel like I am succeeding which makes me love the apprenticeship and time spent completing it even more so!

I found the course itself easy to navigate and the support I received from my tutor, Rachael, was second to none. I was apprehensive about the EPA but Rachael gave me the confidence I needed to flourish. From beginning to end the support and encouragement was fantastic.

I have had the pleasure of completing a SEND TA course with Gemma as my tutor. I struggled to complete the tasks due to various factors, but with Gemma's support I have completed the modules needed.
I really couldn't have done it without the support and constant checking in.

Would highly recommend the Level 3 SEN TA course. I have been well supported over the last 18 months while i have completed my qualification. It has been a great learning journey. I will be able to transfer all my new skills and knowledge in to my job role.

Angela was my coach and was brilliant throughout; my work was turbulent at the time and she understood, supported and motivated me to continue and complete the course. She was amazing throughout the whole time (and I had to extend it, so she had even more than she should have had to put up with!) She is knowledgeable, professional and truly a great coach,
Jacqui was the EPA support and was really brilliant too - making sure I got everything done to time.

Wellbeing champion success
To start with my experience of the wellbeing course was not a great one
I struggled to keep on top of the assignments and navigating some of online aspects. My experience became great when Sheena Lord became my coach. I would never have reached the last hurdle of the course if it had not been for her guiding me with the work, supporting me and reassuring me when I flet like giving up. Sheena has been amazing, I can not stop thanking her.

My experience!
I will be honest! The course I completed was not fully what I expected and the time required was more than I anticipated, however the end result was amazing. My knowledge, understanding and experiences developed throughout the course.
I did have a number of tutors, however I did then have ANGELA allocated to me, SHE WAS AMAZING, I felt fully supported and guided all the way to the final. Her guidance and honesty with me got me to the end result - which was distinction. I cannot thank her enough for how she was a personal tutor with understanding of 'a normal life' and how to manage it alongside the course.

I have just recently completed the modules for the Wellbeing Champion Course and have to say that I would not have got through it without the ongoing support from Sheena Lord.
Sheena became my coach partway through the course and has kept me going. Due to work commitments I have on two occassions decided to pause or stop the course, but she has convinced me to stick with it.
She has made herself available for meetings and been understanding when urgent meetings have arisen at work.
The course itself is interesting and I picked up lots of knowledge along the way. I'm just waiting for my EPA so I can complete the course.
I would recommend this course.
