The order was fulfilled quickly with relevant info about delivery. The bike is great. It wasn’t clear during assembly how to fit the handle bars but we worked it out eventually.

Excellent balance bikes
Excellent balance bikes. Worth every penny to see the faces on my twin grandchildren when they saw the bikes for the first time. Good quality bikes, easy assembly and speedy delivery. Two spacers were included with each bike to allow for growing children, which is a good idea.

Quality scooter.
The delivery was fast, it arrived well packaged. The scooter is great quality, you can adjust the height so it's sure to last many years.
It's a birthday present for later this month so as yet I can't comment on whether it's great llol.

Love love love the climbing frame and accessories! Was not very easy to put up (definitely a more than 1 person full day project) but the result is amazing, it looks nice and is constantly in use by both kids & adults :)
