Customer Service non existing

Terrible service!

Natalie never got into contact with me! Instead of them not having a spare parts available. The scooter comes boxed in two pieces with two shoulder bolts and tool to assemble. Rather she focus on the scooter that we’re in use (rented) to a child for a period of 3 weeks So even worst!

Where is the spare parts Natalie? Why can BERG not supply shoulder bolts!

I believe a lot of clients are complaining about spare parts not available. It is probably my a design and manufacturing fault in the scooter. The screw comes out and Beeg can’t supply a spare shoulder bolt? Ridiculous! For the price I will rather buy from Temu and if it breaks I will throw it away and but a new one!

In your case, the part you're asking for is not available as a single unit, as it's part of a complete mechanism. Additionally, we don’t ship directly to the country where you reside, which is why we work with local dealers who can assist you and have the part you require.

Replacement Inner Tube

Really fast delivery but postage was a bit expensive - £6.99 for an inner tube! Otherwise faultless.

Excellent customer service

I had a very good experience with this company. Even though my go-kart had a small issue, the customer service was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. They listened carefully, offered clear solutions, and handled everything with great care. During my call with them, I was very impressed by their friendliness and efficiency.

I truly appreciate their support and the way they take care of their customers. Definitely a 5-star service!

Fantastic from start to finish

Fantastic from start to finish, had a slight chip when it arrived but was deal with under warranty straight away
The bike it’s self is fantastic, robust design my son loves it and hasn’t gotten off it.

Please use another delivery service

I cannot rate this product as it has not been delivered. It has been with GLS for over a week now and isn’t moving at all. I have tried but can’t get in contact with GLS, I’m not getting any replies. We had a planned date for delivery and the kids were so excited but the parcel never went out for delivery and we didn’t receive any information. According to track and trace I think the parcel is just lying around at a hub somewhere close to me, no delivery has been attempted. I think Berg should consider using another delivery service.

Good quality product

I have ordered second buggy for my dad´ s garden. There will be used by his 7 grandchildren (age 5 to 11). We liked that the main parts are made of steel and it looks durable.

Avoid at all costs – absolutely terrible experience

We ordered our trampoline 3 months ago. At first we were told the logistics supplier “had an issue finding the address.” After weeks of chasing, they finally delivered – but the wrong trampoline (a round over‑ground model instead of the square in‑ground we ordered).

They apologised and assured us the correct trampoline had been shipped “yesterday.” Two weeks later, after more chasing and zero proactive updates, they suddenly admitted the trampoline we actually ordered won’t be back in stock until next month.

This is honestly the worst order process I’ve ever experienced – completely chaotic, misleading, and a huge waste of time. Do yourself a favour and avoid ordering from Berg trampolines at all costs.

New Edit: The reply from Berg is great comedy. I appreciate it’s high season, but we ordered the trampoline in May to avoid this issue. It was in stock and to be shipped. Bad logistics, sending the wrong trampoline after weeks, and not responding to these issues being raised can’t be the customers fault. Same goes for providing wrong information like ‘we sent it yesterday’ to revert a week later to say it’s out of stock. That’s a really frustrating lie! To come back on the existing e-mails with ‘we will now look to come back with a solution’ after I post a review is really adding frustration.

I didn't know that that kind of…

I didn't know that kind of customer service even existed anymore.

I had recently bought a second hand balance bike, and wanted to refurbish it after a first couple of years of a toddlers delicate touch. I specifically needed a handlebar pad, a front number plate and most importantly a bolt that restricts the steering.
As this item only shipped with the entire nuts & bolts assembly kit of which I didn't need, I asked for the dimensions of the item to pick it up in a hardware store.
In a swift reply from Bergs customer service, I was told that thay couldn't obtain the correct dimensions, but a assembly kit would be added to my order free of charge.

It's not something life changing, I know and I could easily have found a solution elsewhere.
But it is a gesture of spontaneously good, customer service, something we have grow unaccustomed to these days.
So thank you for that.
Oh and on the sidenote, the balance bike, a Berg Biky Cross Grey is really light yet built like a tank.
And with those inflated bubble cross tires, it's an absolute delight and joy of life for my 2,5 year old son, who loves to explore the natural and urban surroundings on gravel and asphalt.

So TLDR can definitely recommend Berg
