I placed an order of three berghia and received them back in February. They were really well packaged and kept warm with a little heat bag. My tank was overrun with aptasia, they have now been absolutely demolished! Just looking at my tank, there are only two aptasia left and I know they will soon be gone as there are berghia resting next to them! I tried for years wasting money aptasia products that never worked and made the aptasia spread. Many thanks again!! Will purchase again if needed and will definitely recommend to others.

Awful customer service. Don't expect a reply for at least a week. I waited in all day for a delivery and it was rescheduled, without me knowing. Once received I followed the directions and put them in the tank, they have not been seen since, it's been many, many weeks.

I ordered a couple of the critters. Had to wait for a breeding cycle. No issue there as this was clearly described on the website. I was alerted on the day of despatch. The parcel arrived on time as promised. Very well packaged with a heat pack to keep them warm. In a sealed jar and a thick polystyrene box. The critters seem in good condition. A comprehensive instruction leaflet included in the pack and also in the despatch email. So far so good. One is already eating one of the aptasia after about 12 hours in the tank.

I had an infestation and ordered 3 berghia. They arrived fit and fighting (with some free egg strands)
I have a 4ft tank and it’s taken a few months, but these little blighters have done a magnificent job. 100% gone.
If they had hands, I’d shake em and buy em a pint too.
Now I just need a slug which eats mushroom polyps..

Bought 4 berghia to deal with a aptasia problem I have. 3 of them were so small you could barely see them in the tube. Introduced to tank exactly as instructed 7 weeks ago, and have not seen them since. Aptaisia is as healthy as ever.
Contacted seller and he refunded me immediately. Brilliant customer service.
