Brilliant experience and made so easy with Brb as every is sorted even down to recommending restaurants and how to get around the city

This was the first time I have used BRB and was impressed. I was attracted by the thought of not having to think about where I was going and then researching hotels etc. It was lovey to receive my surprise postcard in the post telling me where I was going. The flight times were perfect, allowing for enough time on each of the travel days and the accommodation was great also. Will definitely keep my subscription, ready for my next trip!

This was our first time using BRB travel after watching an advert by Lucy Wood who had been gifted an experience. Our surprise holiday to Krakow could not have been more perfect from the easy and accessible flight times and airport to the hotel picked for us. Even when faced with cancelled and delayed flights home BRB were there to talk to and helpful in explaining our rights. I have now gotten everyone at work looking at joining this holiday subscription.

Have done two trips with brb, both times the accommodate has been wonderful.
Also both times late flights back so giving extra morning and afternoon away

This is a great company. The idea is great, lovely little touches like the postcard coming through the door revealing your destination. When in communication with the company you always feel like there is someone at the other end who actually cares about making your holiday special. Both trips I have been on have been excellent, the hotels some of the nicest I have stayed in. All feedback I have given has been acted upon, even if it is just an apology for things beyond their control (like Ryanair's ridiculous policies!) Great company, great idea, lovely people.

What can I say apart from the sooner your join the better your travel life will be. From the initially selection on a great website, to the monthly price (£90 for 2 people a month is a bargain) and then the important part of destinations. So far 2 trips and the whole experience has been amazing! The accommodation in both has been in the best location and been of fantastic standards. The flights have been brilliant as well. I could spend the next 10 lines telling everyone who amazing BRB is however the best advice is just join, you will not regret it!

Our second trip with BRB was effortless. I love the feeling of being able to let someone else do all of the choosing and booking.

This time, we were sent to Malta for 3 days. The weather was great and the hotel was lovely.

Can’t wait to see where we get sent to next!

I went to Stockholm for the first time with BRB travel. There’s nothing I didn’t love about my trip. My hotel was in a great location and about a 25min walk to Stockholm city. The itinerary put me at ease since I was on a solo trip. It was great and I highly recommend them!

Went for my first trip with BRB this month - Gothenburg! Really pleased with the location chosen for me, and thought the hotel was absolutely lovely.

BRB took the hassle out of planning the logistics of going away, and I found that the surprise element only adds to the excitement of a trip.

Didn't really need to contact BRB for anything further as the whole process was seamless.

Went away last weekend and already locked in my next trip which itself speaks volumes!

They make travelling so simple! I used to spend hours and hours trying to pick a destination and a hotel and most of the time ended up not booking anything at all. With BRB Travel all i had to do was pack and get on the plane! Even when we got to out destination there was a helpful guide which we referred to and did all the top recommended things. Absolutely loved it and cant wait to see where we go next time!

I've had two fantastic breaks now with BRB.
I've stayed in 4* hotels that have been a nice walk into the city centre so it's meant I get my steps in before inevitably gorging on amazing food and alcohol in both Prague and Bologna.
It's been super easy just booking out the weekend in advance and then a pleasant surprise to find out where we're going and have a couple of weeks to ask for recommendations.
It also is much more exciting as you go so soon after finding out so it gives me something to look forward to but without the stress.

Really enjoy it and will keep subscribing!

The only mild improvement would be I'd be willing to pay more monthly to get a non-EasyJet or non-RyanAir flight (one that includes baggage) although I know it'd be a lot more expensive I'm willing to do it :)

Great concept and great execution from the team at BRB. Also very responsive to emails and queries. Would recommend!

Great experience, great service

The team at BRB - Alex & Greg - were amazing. Our trip was taken care of with no hassles. The hotel that was booked was amazingly central which allowed us to get to the port, the town centre as well as the metro in a matter of minutes. The flight was taken care of as well. If I had to rate the team I would say all in all it was a 10/10 experience booking with them.

Spot on customer service team - really understanding and a pleasure to deal with.

4 star accomodation in a nice part of town, clear instructions on how to get there. Flights were booked at a good time, we got 3 full days in Stockholm. Communication is quick and easy, any issue has been dealt with quickly. Im paying my subscription for the next trip now!

Fantastic business and staff, very personal service and take all the pain out of a city break and the things to do could not recommend more! They also deliver trips to destinations you may otherwise never do!

Not long back from my first trip arranged by BeRightBack. It was completely trouble free and the hotel was particularly lovely. I can't wait to find out where I'm going next and looking forward to regular trips away.
