Excellent customer service! Super quick delivery and amazing product!

Offer next day delivery on their website made me wait 8 days with no contact when I called they blamed their warehouse. The life of a 4 month old baby depends on this. They offered me 40% discount when I had been promised 50% then cancelled the order due to me threatening legal action.

Fast delivery and customer service is really helpful.

I bought a Berkey in June, best thing I ever did.
Even my son agreed the water tastes different.
I love my Berkey.
The spigot did leak a couple of times, tightening seemed to solve the issue.
If you want health Berkey is the way to go.
Hilda who was my initial contact, was absolutely great.

Hugly disappointed with Brekey after reading all the hype. The product was faulty due to the filters taking around 12 hours for one chamber of clean water.

Berkey's customer service was shocking, they lied about trying to call me then stopped all contact via email, insisting that I call them in the USA to get a replacement, which I would also have to pay an admin fee for.
After a call costing over 30 pounds resulted in their system being unable to accept my admin payment for $7.50 they told me that they would not send a replacement and I would have to call again with a different payment method. At this point I gave up and now have a very expensive and almost useless filter.

Given Berkey's price compared to the competition I would have expected a better product and much better customer service.

The water also still has discoloration after filtering.

Would not recommend.

Damaged on delivery due to poor packaging. No response to phone calls or emails. £250 TO GET RIPPED OFF. AVOID

More than a month than I placed order and I still have no my berkey filter. The seller would have twice sent me the parcel which would twice have been lost. It is either of the incompetence, that is of the bad faith. This seller allows to keep my money during this time while I need it to buy my filter for my house without tap water! I am very disappointed and I have no more news.

Bought a filter, doesn't work. Not happy with product or aftercare service. Wife contacted Philip Boerma who runs the distribution in the UK and he was pretty damn rude - here's what he said when my wife asked him to honour the LIFETIME WARRANTY GUARANTEE:

"Sorry the jig is up, first you write a deceitful so-called review online under a false name to hide your identity attempting to smear us and then you expect a refund?
Goodbye."

She didn't write a false review, she is a GENUINE CUSTOMER but the lifetime warranty appears to false. If you buy from this company then expect to be treated like this. We are disgusted that this company will take your money under deceitful, so-called promises of a lifetime guarantee and then tell you where to go if a problem arises. Philip is obviously trying to intimidate and bully my wife into letting the matter go but we are going to take things further with Trading Standards, and if needs be - Court action.

Just take a look online at what others say about the customer service and the product. Philip is very good at contacting a disgruntled buyer in front of others but then will probably follow up with a rude and aggressive email like the one my wife received.

I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional behaviour from a company and I urge you to think before you buy this filter.
