Not interested in after sales service

Lights failed on my Bermuda water feature. Contacted the company who were most unhelpful and said they could not supply the spare part needed. So an expensive water feature is rendered useless for the want of a cable!

Very disappointed

Purchased one of their solar water features (Windsor Bowls) and it didn’t work. Returned the item and purchased a more expensive item (Europa) which also didn’t work. Not sure what else there is to say.

i purchased Bermuda duck weed treatment…

i purchased Bermuda duck weed treatment it was pricey around £10 for a small bottle. I had in the past been informed that duckweed could not be removed from a pond. However this treatment although fairly pricey stated clearly that it removed duckweed from a pond. I duly followed the instructions, but eventually not only had it proved 100% ineffective but the duckweed thrived. Following some controlled tests
and seeking expert advise it was confirmed that the claims made on the product were not justified.
And were misleading, and that there were no sure fire ways that could remove duckweed, as too many factors could be involved that would influence its removal, this not being mentioned on the product.
i duly wrote a letter to Bermuda but my letter was ignored i followed up by e mailing bermudawatergardens.com but to date have been ignored. please stray away from this product it is of no use and completely misleadingly described at around £10 a bottle it is a waste of money . and i feel that by ignoring me the company maybe aware of this fact

No after sales service at all!

I bought a bermuda pond vac. The exhaust/ waste pipe has a rubber flap which closes to build pressure on suction. This rubber flap perished and I couldn't find spares anywhere. I contacted Bermuda to ask if I could buy the necessary spare flap or whole exhaust hose if necessary several times and I didn't receive one response. Won't buy from them again as their after sales service seems to be non existent.

BERMUDA FEATURE POND PUMP…

I purchased a BERMUDA FEATURE POND PUMP 3000 in may 2020, I was told that it was the best there was and should last for +-5 years.
Well less than 2 years later the impeller decides to give up the ghost, the company Y bought it from said I needed to speak to BERMUDA WATER GARDENS HA HA HA ARE YOU JOKING THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER OR EVEN A BOT, you have to email them after waiting for 4 days I went to facebook and left a comment there on BWG site. Eventually BWG sends me an email saying that I have to speak to the company that I bought it from I tell them that the company said I must speak to BWG, eventually after a few more emails I hear nothing from BWG and let them know that I am very disappointed with the lack of service etc and that I will never buy anything from BWG again. Today I get an email in return that states
THANK YOU nothing else ???? Absolute rudeness, nonsense how damn ignorant

Customer Service, capital C, capital S

Bought a Bermuda Colwyn watercourse from Primrose, but the stepped hosetail was missing. Primrose provided zero customer service, and after a few weeks of getting absolutely nowhere with them, in desperation I contacted Bermuda directly. They were fabulous. Asked me for my address, stuck a hosetail in a box and sent it to me. Customer Service as it should be. Thank you!
