I would give them 5* for the packaging alone! x12 bottles of wine all the way from Italy I reckon and a week earlier than quoted. The way parcels are thorown around in the UK I thought the worst, but these were so well packed, no wonder delivery was costly, but also well worth it - great service.
I made an order in 3 weeks before Christmas, as a present for my wife, she likes Italian sparkling wine. A few days before Christmas I received the message from the delivery company that I need to contact the seller for a refund. When I made an order the website shows that delivery in 2-3 days! Very disappointed. Will never order something here again.
