Get far to easily scratched and doesn't work well on induction. Really bad stuff

Terrible experience with Tricion Resist pans bought on Amazon: out of a set of three, one arrived with a defective nonstick coating. We suspect they're second-rate products, but we're happy to exchange them. After just a few uses, the pans take on a terrible burnt color and become covered in a sticky surface that's virtually impossible to wash or remove. The after-sales service is also terrible, refusing to admit the product is poor quality or defective, and suggesting cleaning a pan they claim is nonstick with a steel wool pad. This is terrible behavior from such a reputable company. After a few weeks, the product is unsightly; the only thing customer service can say is that the pan transmits heat very well, which is why it burns. Unbelievable. Extremely disappointing.
UPDATE
After contacting Berndes service, they offered us a full replacement of the pans with a different type. They claim that the Tricion Resist pans are not nonstick pans. So it may have been our wrong choice, but they listened to us and acted very properly as you may expect from a big and serious company. Still not happy about previous choice but well done, at the end. We really appreciated it.

we purchased a pan on Amazon. A month after the purchase, despite only a few uses and always using a silicone spatula, a bubble formed on the coating, and it came off during washing.
We did contact the customer service opened a complaint on the site asking for a refund. no reply whatsoever. Awful product and awful customer care.

It doesn't work on my Blanco Induction cooktop. It simply won't heat up. False advertising.

Truly abysmal customer service.
The coating inside our 28cm cooking pot (a Christmas gift) started to peel off after 4 months of usage.
The customer service details that the warranty can only be satisfied through their online form, with images of the issue included.
The form doesn't actually work most of the time, gets routed through a 3rd party and the claim will never be dealt with, as I've discovered.
I've sent multiple emails to every possible address of Berndes.com - ZERO response, I've tried ringing - unsuccessful outcome as well...
At this point, I'm unsure what else to do about the faulty product.
It would appear that the lifetime quality guarantee and warranty of quality is purely a marketing gimmick and a sham.

My pan's coating is peeling off and it is within the guarantee period. Sent photos and they acknowledged the failure and said they would send a new pan. 4 months later I am still waiting for a new pan and they will not reply to my emails and their phone numbers do not work.
Rubbish products, rubbish customer service and rubbish company.
Do not use!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I’ve detailed my case with pictures, I am entitled to receive a new product under guarantee since my stove has its coating peeling off. They said I would have received a new one, then nothing happened for weeks. Never recommend, bad products and bad customer service.
