Fast shipping slow customer service
Easy to shop, the fast shipping is amazing the packaging is A+. Customers service via WhatsApp is so slow it took days to respond and never finish the chat or get to a solution. The product for the price is great.

I am quite pleased with the watch it looks like the quality is there. It would be nice if the watch came in a little larger size other than 40 mm. Most of my watches are 43 mm to 45 mm. I only say this because I'm approximately 200 lb. like watches to compliment my size. Will probably buy another watch at a later date from you guys. Thanks

The overthinker is super happy with Bersigar!
I don't purchase without lots of consideration and looked at this watch and the Bersigar website for several months before making my purchase. when I did, the entire experience was great. Selection and payment-easy, shipping quick, packaging of the watch -excellent, and the watch itself is one of the best I've seen. The weight and quality, coloring and finish is awesome. Pictures of the Watch didn’t match in reality. Its hard to see the time because everything blends in.
But on the site it was very clear all the white in the dial was good and easy but it doesnt look like it in reality.
