I got an order from Bertram fashion, a pair of bathing shorts from Valentino (225 euro) after my first swim with the shorts the print completely fell off, i wrote a message to them about a refund with pictures and everything, and now a month and several messages later they straight up have ignored everything i wrote to them. I wont even call it costumer service after how they treat they're costumers
Dont order anything at bertamfashion!!!
I Placed a order to they're webshop, they said it would be 3-5 Days delivery, after waiting 3 WEEKS for my package, i filed a return for my money, but they said i could only return my package within 2 Weeks, even though i havent recieved my package yet
so now i am forced to pay told and wait another week (5 Weeks in total delivery time) for my package i have regret i had bought.
So my advise is, dont order anything from Bertramfashion if you have ANY doubt about the size, look or ANYTHING, cause No matter what you cannot return your item and get your money back.

Order came 2 weeks after order and I had to chase it . Not impressed with the jumper I ordered definitely looks bigger than a medium and for 184 pound it’s not great !

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us an review we appreciate your feedback your order was placed on Thursday the 26th of November and sent out on the following Monday 30th November we also advised on our website banner at the time dispatch is 1-3 days due to Covid-19 and that's is because of staff shortages and availability and also due to taking Royal Mail longer to deliver items you also missed the delivery and a card was left behind for you to rearrange delivery.
As to the quality of the product we have never had an issue with any of our items we are authorised sellers of the brands we supply.
Fast delivery, great quality products, packaged nicely. I've been coming back to this site for a while now and they are slowly growing into my favourite clothing website. The support team has a rapid response time, and I'm loving the selection of clothes they have. Amazing purchasing experience.

Hi thank you for your feedback! You order was refunded due to issues with the payment. We would advise that you take this up with your bank/card provider used. We always dispatch our items on time and ensure our customers have their orders delivered. We are sorry you feel this way but as the payment was flagged we had no other option than to cancel your order.
