At last, meal replacements without the junk food!!! Tasty (powder, even without additional flavour and cereals bars).

I love the consistency of the powder, with a sprinkling of cereals, which makes it even more delicious.

The shaker is also great!

I'm eating Bertrand regularly since 2017. I been with them through their flavor changes, new shaker types, new products and so on. One thing that bertrand has not changed since the beginning is the quality of the product. I love the active version and I hope that they will never stop producing it. Bertrand team - you are the best!

I love the vegan active powder, it’s a lifesaver for bad days. I’ve tried multiple of different brands (Huel, Jimmy joy, ambronite) and Bertrand has by far the best taste and it’s easy on the stomach. Been using this for 1,5 years, and even customer service was helpful the one time I needed it.

Disappointed. Bought the vegan and vegan active powder pouches a month ago and have found the texture to be the main issue. There's tiny bits (I'm guessing walnut?) of solid food that if you don't chew hit the back of your throat as you drink - the active seems better than standard, but the texture is still not great. Also found I always end up with a tiny amount of wet powder congealed at the bottom of the shaker.

On the plus side the flavour is neutral, great ingredients and it does fill you up for some time. I recommend using it in a blender rather than just shaking. (It's also frustrating the high cost of minimum order for the UK.) For the price I expected better.

Awesome company with probably the best drinkable products on the market. I personally enjoyed the fact that they also have flavours that are not too sweet (something that really bothers me after a while) and various alternatives!

Great product and by now an invaluable part of my day. It's the only full nutrition shake I can actually drink. Never had problems with delivery.

I have tried a range of different meal replacement shakes: Huel, Mana and Ambronite.

Bertrand is my favourite. It is all natural / organic and of the 4 I have tried it tastes best.

I would recommend going for the "Active" version as the standard one is too low on protein.

The delivery was fast, the payment easy and the meal fantastic!

Very healthy food compared with other similar products for the gastrointestinal tract. Only recommend vanilla flavour. Blueberry or apple flavour is disgusting personally. Encourage the company to keep going. Tasted active bertrand. The only downside is price, the product will be a must if would be around price of other brands as HUEL (210€/month) or eatnano (130€/month).

Surprised people so many think their customer service is good. The product is, but it's been very hard for me to get in touch with them when I've had problems. Usually they do not even answer. I've had two e-mails from december (three months ago) left unanswered, another one from a month ago only answered after a followup e-mail from me a week after, and then still no answer to two e-mails after that.

The shipping company lost my 90-meal active package and I had to ask Bertrand for a refund (they will in turn have to get it from DHL). Luckily it was found a week after, but if it hadn't been I'm not sure how that would've been handled by Bertrand seeing as I haven't heard from them in a while. I'm switching to Huel instead.

I absolutely love Bertrand Shakes, I use the Vegan, but other family members have the normal shakes and we all really enjoy them, they mix easily and taste fantastic. Unlike so many other shakes out there, the ingredients are top quality with no nasties in them and I know my body is getting so many of the nutrients it needs every day! My fav's are natural & the baked apple and cinnamon, but I also really enjoy the bilberry and vanilla mixed together. They are such a lifesaver for a quick breakfast in the car en route or after the gym, I tend to have 1-2 a day and then a normal meal. I look forward to them because they taste so nice! The company are great and they have always delivered really quickly.

Great flavour! The best shakes I've had so far. Not too sweet, no artificial flavors. I ordered the sample box and I love them. I would like to have more options with a soup taste it would be great for winter time and dinner.
The service was fast to Spain. I'll order again.

I tried the nature vegan, very interesting product. Taste is alright, I digest it well and feel that the nutrients uptake is very good ! They use real ingredients nutritional analysis to develop the product so the nutritional aspect is reliable. A lot of variation can be obtained by adding spices, powdered cocoa etc. Good to get optimal nutrition during a trek or during overbusy days. When we really need it in fact.

I have purchased from the company several times. I love their powder and use it as a meal replacement while at work. It helps me to focus and concentrate better without feeling lethargic after lunch.
