Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your order was only partially fulfilled and that the items you did receive arrived damaged.

We understand how disappointing it is to wait a long time for a pre-order, only to have part of it cancelled and then receive the remaining items in poor condition. That is understandably frustrating and not the experience we want to provide.

This release was affected by limited supplier allocation, which meant we were unfortunately unable to fulfil all orders in full. That said, the items that were shipped should still have arrived in proper condition, and we are sorry that this was not the case.

We take your feedback seriously, both regarding our pre-order handling and the packaging of shipments. Please contact our customer support team directly with your order number and photos of the damage so we can review your case properly.

This release was affected by limited supplier allocation, which meant we were unfortunately unable to fulfil all orders in full. To give as many customers as possible a fair chance to receive the product, some orders had to be reduced.

That said, we are glad to hear that you still received your Naruto Mythos display, and we appreciate your understanding.

We fully understand how frustrating it is to place a pre-order well in advance, wait a long time, and then be told that the quantity has been reduced from 3 to 1 for each product. We also understand why this feels especially disappointing after your payment had already been made.

This release was affected by limited supplier allocation, which meant we were unfortunately unable to fulfil all pre-orders in full. To give as many customers as possible a fair chance to receive the product, larger orders had to be reduced.

We understand that this does not change the disappointment caused by the late adjustment, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.

We understand how frustrating it is to place and pay for a pre-order well in advance, wait a long time, and then not receive the product as expected. We also understand that this can cause serious disappointment and loss of trust.

This release was affected by limited supplier allocation, which meant we were unfortunately unable to fulfil all pre-orders in full. To give as many customers as possible a fair chance to receive the product, some orders had to be reduced or cancelled.

At the same time, we do not recognise the description of this as a scam or fraud. Refunds were issued for the unfulfilled part of affected orders, but we understand that this does not undo the frustration caused by the long wait and the late communication.

We take this feedback seriously and are continuing to improve how we handle and communicate pre-orders in these situations.

Wat jammer om te lezen dat je onze kwaliteit als slecht hebt ervaren. Dat is absoluut niet de standaard waar wij voor staan.

Onze producten worden nieuw en zorgvuldig verpakt verzonden. Als er iets mis is gegaan met jouw bestelling, dan lossen we dat uiteraard graag netjes op.

We kunnen op basis van deze review helaas niet zien om welke bestelling het gaat. Wil je ons een e-mail sturen met je ordernummer en een korte toelichting? Dan kijken we dit direct voor je na en zorgen we voor een passende oplossing.
